Worst of all most men in town don't demand anything more because they fear that this might label as "metrosexual." Stop Searching & Stop Settling... since my review was deleted on google: do not go here!! my…read morehair was completely messed up after receiving their cut and color special. i had never dyed my hair before and wanted a "cherry cola" red-brown color. i also wanted to fix my curtain bangs and trim my layers slightly. ashley hacked all my hair off into a MULLET and gave me two toned hair of colors i did not want. i would understand if i had box dye or recently dyed/bleached my hair before the session, but I DID NOT. this was my natural hair that she ruined a month before my senior prom. i will show pictures of my hair before and after the travesty. ashley said she can fix the color and then give me my money back. so, she did and then once it was done she said that since "i like the color now" i will only be charged for the color and not the cut. EXCUSE ME? even though the color is now one toned, it still isn't what i wanted. it was now PURPLE. i was now purple with a THIN mullet. another thing i dont understand was when we had out brief consultation, she said that i had heavier hair on the top of my head and it thins out when it reaches down, so she will fix that. but when she hacked my hair off, she made the top so thick and heavy and the bottom so thin, it was basically like paper. after i received my refund, i was given no apology or anything like that. she basically brushed me off and sent me on my way. as a 17 at the time, i cried in my car in disbelief. haircuts and colors are supposed to make a girl feel beautiful, i felt manly, ugly, and disgusted with how i looked. even today, my hair will never recover with that awful cut that the MANAGER of the salon did. the ulta at crossroads did amazing at salvaging what could be saved and made me feel pretty again. ashley, do better and i genuinely would never recommend this place anyone... i added photos of my hair before, what i asked for, and what i received so everyone can see what i got.
