I had my makeup done here for prom because of the good reviews and all of the things I had heard about the place! My makeup was much worse than what I could've done on my own, I actually had to go home and take most of it off (minus the lashes) and try to fix it myself. Taking $60 worth of makeup off of my face as a senior in high school wasn't a great feeling although I didn't reach out for a refund or anything because I genuinely felt bad. I had an appointment booked today and it was my first time here! Pam was my stylist and did a wonderful job! Got a cut and highlight and I was so happy with it! Some of the reviews seem like other people didn't have a great experience but I still recommend giving this place a try! I was really nervous trying a new salon but my hair turned out great! Pam made sure I loved my hair before I left! Definitely will be going back and had a great experience. read more

I paid $175 for a full set of lashes for them to fall off totally in less than 48 hours. Went back the next day for a "fix" and they kept falling off. I contacted management and never received a response. The quality of the lashes are very poor and I have never experienced this ever. read more

The atmosphere is very nice and overall seemed like a great salon, but I was not impressed with the service that I received. I had never been here before and I got a simple trim. It looked great at the salon, but when I got home I noticed that I had a large chuck of hair that was not even with the rest of my hair. It was right in the front, so it was very noticeable once I could see it up close in the mirror. I was also very unimpressed at the fact my hair stylist (her name started with an R) was talking badly about another costumer to me. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude because the other costumer was on the other side getting her hair done as well. Won't be going back to the salon. read more

I feel like I need to share my experience because it has almost been a month and I'm still pretty upset about my hair and the whole situation itself. So I had moved to Saint cloud a few months back and I have been looking for a salon for quite a bit and I had came across this salon on Google. I had saw the reviews and they were pretty decent so I thought I would give it a try. So what I was looking for was something pretty simple. I have a natural root that I've been growing out for about eight months and I had some faded color on the lower half of my hair that wanted to look better instead of just outgrown color. I had showed her a few different pictures of what I wanted. it was basically just some fall low lights. so, plums and oranges. I also just wanted a trim and Jennifer Aniston bangs that are kind of like a side bang and I showed her a picture for that. She started with washing my hair. It seems like all the stylist are super rough with your hair...my scalp was hurting and she kept pulling my hair when she was washing and brushing it out. She then she put the color in my hair and I left with half wet half/dry hair and when I got home I had noticed the color was barely noticeable. it just was not what I asked for and it just seem like nothing was really done to my hair which seems kind of odd. So I had called back the next day and let the receptionist know what happened. I had first thought it was my hairstylist on the phone because their voices kind of matched and she goes "obviously I'm not your stylist"...in a rude tone. So I had let that slide. she said the manager would call me back and she did a few minutes later. I explained to her that what my stylist did was not really what I asked for and I'm not really satisfied with the haircut nor the hair color. so she said that I can come in the same day and they could fix it for free. At that time if I knew their definition of "fixing it" was what was about to happen I would've never left my house. So I get to the salon and I have a different hairstylist. I explained to her what had happened it seem like she understood me and what I wanted. so she takes me back and she says we're going to Malibu your hair take out the color that was put in yesterday that I paid $200 and some dollars for... it processed for about an hour. She took me back to the chair after washing the Malibu out. she dried part of my hair and she said, "how do you like it?"...Are you kidding me? how do I like it.. you took all of the color out from yesterday and put me back to color I came in with ?! So obviously no I don't like it because this was the color it was when I came in.... so she seemed really annoyed at that point she's like okay let's try to green shampoo it. That obviously didn't work so she toned my stripped, now dried ass hair. And it literally did nothing so I walked out with the same exact color that I started with and I got gypped out of $200 fucking dollars and these people are still in business are you fucking kidding me. I didn't even call or nothing because I knew that they were just gonna continue to keep messing up my hair and drying it out even more. my hair is fried and feels disgusting and looks like shit so thank you so much guys!! read more

I absolutely love this salon. I have always been treated with respect and when I tell my stylist that I won't keep up with coloring every 6 - 12 weeks she has never pushed me to come in or make another appointment. I've gotten cuts, color and waxing here and have never been disappointed. Love the amount of time spent on the scalp massage (best part!!) the atmosphere and the staff. My favorite salon! read more

Yes, I am one of those people that tried to have my friend do my hair with product from Sally Beauty... Needless to say it was a hot mess. I had just moved to the area and hadn't found a salon yet. I called Xalon one morning at 8am in distress and Reb took me. She could've been like any other stylist from any other salon and told me it was okay to bleach my hair and made $300+ off of me. Instead, she told me it would be detrimental to the integrity of my hair because she truly cared about the well being of my hair. My corrective color only cost $160 and I got a great new stylist out of it. Would highly recommend Xalon and Reb as your stylist!!!!! read more
