She had come to get me very quickly and we went straight to the back to talk about what I was looking for, how we could achieve that, and what to expect; including the possible risks. After taking 'before' photos we went back to begin the procedure and my nurse was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She often paused to check in and ensure I was doing alright, had no issue answering any additional questions as they came to mind, was very communicative throughout the process, and overall was fantastic. The RN also reached out to me via text the day after the procedure to check in on how I was doing and ensure there was nothing additional I may have needed. I cannot fully rate my procedure as I need to wait for the healing process and such before I can see the true results; but overall I am very pleased with my experience and I look forward to seeing the final outcome! Anywhere but here…read more I'm going to start off by saying DO NOT BOOK your surgery here. THEY WILL STEAL your money. Booked a consultation and felt very uncomfortable and left with a ton of questions that were not clarified. I booked a surgery date of June 10th with the caveat that I would need to quit smoking 4 weeks before surgery. Anyone who has had to do this knows it's difficult. I reached out a little over a month before surgery and asked about the timelines because I was getting nervous about quitting and had just picked up my meds to quite. The response I received is attached to the review. Never once did I mention not having the surgery but they immediately went to how I was now having to pay $4000 to book. Disgusting, fraudulent and unprofessional to say the least. Nobody in their right mind would allow someone to perform surgery on their face after being treated like this. Be aware. It's clear they don't care about their patients. I also did some digging and their results are photoshopped. Stay aware .

I was told I couldn't get an appointment until early October, and I agreed to wait for that date. I put it on my calendar for October 5th. As the day came closer, and I was looking forward to the much awaited appointment, I called to confirm what day it was just to make sure. I received a call back from the desk staff, and was then told there was no appointment. I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)
