Walking in for my appointment I didn't feel welcomed, there wasn't even a receptionist. Another stylist checked me in. She then took her client back, so I had no one to ask where the bathroom was. Then the owner, who was my stylist that day, came and was talking to another person in the lobby, it just all seemed very unprofessional. As nice as Linda was, I don't feel her technique was up to date. I asked for a balayage and I feel like I got chunky highlights from the 90s. Also, she pulled another client's card that had similar hair to mine to figure out what colors to use for the dye, I just felt like that was cheating rather than personalizing for my hair. I think Linda tried to listen to what I wanted, but then result didn't match up with the vision she had described to me. Then when I did finally get to use the bathroom it wasn't very clean and there was a huge booger on the wall next to the toilet. The whole experience just left me sad and disappointed. The professionalism lacked and the prices there are just way too expensive for the services and atmosphere they provide.

Hilary made things easy and the environment was comfortable to be in. The appointment rescheduling is Q4weeks so the price may or may not be an affordable decision, depending upon the value you place not only on appearance but comfort as well. I don't think I would go back to using razors compared to this method of hair removal, but if you're inactive it might be hard to justify each month. If you are active, then it's worth the price for a perfect job and to have a professional do it for you.

I cannot fully rate my procedure as I need to wait for the healing process and such before I can see the true results; but overall I am very pleased with my experience and I look forward to seeing the final outcome!
