I called Dr. Rocheford's office 2 times in July - once to ask about a consultation, and the second…read moreto book one. I was told I couldn't get an appointment until early October, and I agreed to wait for that date. I put it on my calendar for October 5th. As the day came closer, and I was looking forward to the much awaited appointment, I called to confirm what day it was just to make sure. I received a call back from the desk staff, and was then told there was no appointment. I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)
