Once I was ready to pay she said "You don't have cash?!"... I didn't notice anywhere online or in the store that said cash only and so she took my card. Before charging me, the lady who did my nails and one of her coworkers went back and forth on the price for me as well and it was not aligned with their prices on the poster inside of the salon. Thankfully they had the color in their shelves. Normally I bring my own, but I didn't know my mother was going to treat me to a pedi. My mother brought her own color. Zoya was the brand. We were seated right away, but we waited in the Pedicure chairs for 25-30 minutes before someone got to each of us. Mom waited 25, and I waited 30. We didn't mind because we didn't have many other plans that day, but all I kept thinking was 'this is how they get you'. They say they can take you, but then sit you in the pedicure water for a while, and you don't feel like you can leave. It was a little banana. Once the pedicure started, it was fine. We got the basic pedicure. Nothing too frilly. Each was roughly 30 minutes. My mom loved that, she likes when she can get in and out, me on the other hand. I love when the place takes their time with me. My mom even commented to the lady who was massaging her legs, that she does a great job. Mom stated that normally people are too hard on her legs. So that was nice to hear. My person was fine, I do like it a little harder than her, but he did an excellent job. Overall this place was decent, very clean looking, and well-staffed for the walk-ins and scheduled appts. I would come here again if I was in St Cloud, and with my mother. Basic Pedicure was $25.00.

I did specify design when I made my appointment. But they argued with me and said I didn't. Then double checked and saw I was right. I had two designs picked out, hoping one of them would work. When I sat down and showed it, she said she could do it. And I had 3 colors picked out. Then once she has my prior powder dip off this guy comes over and says they don't do 3 color ombré and hands me some 2 color ombres they can do. So I picked something they could do and he sits down and takes over. I put my phone down in front of him showing the original picture. And he gets an attitude saying I just told you I can't do that. I said I just wanted to ask about the glitter on top... to see if you have something similar. He said ok fine... what glitter you want? And someone hands him one and he says you can do this one. So incredibly condescending the whole time. They didn't allot enough time to include a design. They said you can't do a design with ombré. Which is something they should have said when I made the appointment or at least when I got there and showed the picture. He was rushing and not doing a very good job. If they would have said when I made the appointment or even when I got there and showed both pictures, that it wasn't possible then I would have just left. But getting more and more frustrated by your own inadequacies and your own scheduling errors... I wouldn't waste your time or money on this location. I recommend avoiding at all costs. Ps, the design I had picked out I have had done before successfully elsewhere. First pic is what I wanted. Second pic is end results.
