So incredibly frustrated with my experience today. They were extremely unprofessional. I could tell they double booked and didn't account for the design time. He was rushing and annoyed. I did specify design when I made my appointment. But they argued with me and said I didn't. Then double checked and saw I was right. I had two designs picked out, hoping one of them would work. When I sat down and showed it, she said she could do it. And I had 3 colors picked out. Then once she has my prior powder dip off this guy comes over and says they don't do 3 color ombré and hands me some 2 color ombres they can do. So I picked something they could do and he sits down and takes over. I put my phone down in front of him showing the original picture. And he gets an attitude saying I just told you I can't do that. I said I just wanted to ask about the glitter on top... to see if you have something similar. He said ok fine... what glitter you want? And someone hands him one and he says you can do this one. So incredibly condescending the whole time. They didn't allot enough time to include a design. They said you can't do a design with ombré. Which is something they should have said when I made the appointment or at least when I got there and showed the picture. He was rushing and not doing a very good job. If they would have said when I made the appointment or even when I got there and showed both pictures, that it wasn't possible then I would have just left. But getting more and more frustrated by your own inadequacies and your own scheduling errors... I wouldn't waste your time or money on this location. I recommend avoiding at all costs. I went in as a walk-in about 6 weeks ago. My nails were painful they were so weak and short. Sky not only gave me a phenomenal pedicure, but suggested dip nails to help them regrow and to alleviate the pain of everyday use. Not only did it work, because here I am 6 weeks later getting a new Dip Manicure...but all my soreness and pain was gone immediately due to the dip powder providing structure AND my nails have grown just over 1/4 inch and are so much healthier. I tried calling earlier in the day, but didn't answer, probably busy!! But decided to go around 5 pm on a Friday hoping for walk-in, 2 ppl, 2 full sets. With barely any openings (they were booked up) they did their best to get us in. Very fast and efficient, the gal did amazing on my nails and didn't miss anything! There were multiple problems with appointment. I asked for regular polish for my kids because they bite and pick at them so I did not feel it necessary to get them gel polish. After going back and fourth with them trying to upsell me and me telling them I still wanted regular polish, I was told it was the same price for kids either way $18 and they should just have gel because it would last longer. I made sure to say it back to the tech and specifically ask if it was going to cost me more. She stated "no, Just $18." I did not misunderstand her, She spoke well english. My nail tech (the one who told me the price for the kids) left polish on my skin, and cut me on multiple fingers. When going to pay for our services and being told the price, I asked for clarification because it seemed WAY more expensive than it should have been. I was bombarded with multiple technicians coming at me telling me what they "actually" said and that is was miscommunication on my part because of a language barrier. Even as I went to pay and sign the slip the nail tech who did my nails and told me original price kept coming back at me saying "i DID NOT tell you $18" over and over in the most incredibly rude manner and tone of voice. I was already spending a great deal of money in this salon why would I make up some random number? While the women explaining the cost break down was polite- the other tech was not only interrupting but so unprofessional and rude. read more

This nail salon did not listen to customer request instead insisted on doing other services not wanted. I was very clear about I wanted done for all 3 of us by phone at least twice, and by text. Two would be getting dip service on nails and one gel. The two girls wanted a differant color on each nails I sent pictures of what was wanted again it was simply put a differant color on each nail to ensure no trouble the manager said yes they could do that. Upon arrival the manager INSISTED the girls get acrylic nails I said no thank you we want one gel and the other dipped and I want dipped. She didn't stop she contunied to argue with me that they needed "fake" nails. Finally I asked can you do gel here or not? She gave me a dirty look and walked away. Needless to say I left with the wrong color which was another story and completely dissatisfied and the girls left unhappy one girl had the wrong color and was treated horribly giving her dirty looks wore gloves for her and no one else. My daughter had the manager who was so unfriendly, rough and would not help her find the colors she needed to threw all the colors and walked away. With in one day my nails were chipping.
