They had no problem charging her for over 2 years without any activity on the account without even a single call or contact attempt to remind her she has massages she can use. When we tried to fix it and asked for details about how these "credits" could be used and how it could be cancelled, they only gave us half the information, causing her to be charged more. Apparently they want you to come in sick as well because when she was sick and called to cancel, she was not only charged the full price, she was charged a "premium" on top of that. It was so handy that they kept her credit card on hand so they could automatically apply these charges too! DO NOT go by anything told to you verbally. We were told to cancel by XYZ date to avoid another month. When she tried cancelling a full week prior to that, she was told she missed the 10 day window prior so she would be charged for 1 more month. Our experience was horrible and I do not recommend ANYONE sign a contract with them.

My general complaint about Walgreen's is that their pharmacies tend to be a lot slower than I'd like. I can't help but think that that is on purpose so that you look around and purchase other products there while you wait. I've sometimes had to wait close to an hour for a medication. That seems unreasonable. I've always found the service helpful and friendly, especially if I'm looking for something I can't find. I like that most Walgreen's, including this one, have Redbox locations where I can pick up a movie.
