Walking in for my appointment I didn't feel welcomed, there wasn't even a receptionist. Another stylist checked me in. She then took her client back, so I had no one to ask where the bathroom was. Then the owner, who was my stylist that day, came and was talking to another person in the lobby, it just all seemed very unprofessional. As nice as Linda was, I don't feel her technique was up to date. I asked for a balayage and I feel like I got chunky highlights from the 90s. Also, she pulled another client's card that had similar hair to mine to figure out what colors to use for the dye, I just felt like that was cheating rather than personalizing for my hair. I think Linda tried to listen to what I wanted, but then result didn't match up with the vision she had described to me. Then when I did finally get to use the bathroom it wasn't very clean and there was a huge booger on the wall next to the toilet. The whole experience just left me sad and disappointed. The professionalism lacked and the prices there are just way too expensive for the services and atmosphere they provide.

For years, before Brittany, I would ask for crazy colors or several different colors of blond highlights and stylists would just do what they wanted to do or or what seemed to be easier rather than executing the style I wanted. I felt no one was actually listening to me and I have a great eye for unique style so they should listen to me ;). When I finally found Brittany I was so delighted because she actually listens to what I want done to my hair. And the results have been beautiful. She listens and also gives sound advice. For example, one time I wanted to go platinum blonde with my long long hair and she advised against it and told me how risky it was to my hair's health to go that light in one treatment. So she steered me in a better, healthier direction and the results were gorgeous. Furthermore, the best part is that I look forward to seeing Brittany because she is just so fun to talk to.

I got a no polish manicure and pedicure. when I checked in I asked for a shine and buff and they said of course we do that. They didn't provide me that. I paid $30 for a no polish manicure and all the lady did was cut my nails and filed the......barely. I kept telling her that that is not what we agreed upon and she kept ignoring me. When I told the manager about it he did nothing. The lady and the manager were both extremely rude and dismissive. she even acknowledged towards the end that I did ask for what I did. And anyway since when did a no polish manicure become cutting the nails and barely filing them. She didn't even put lotion on my hands. she applied an oil and told be to watch it off afterward, said she'd apply the lotion after I washed my hands she did not do that. I don't know why I expected her to, because there was a pattern already established of her saying one thing and doing the complete opposite. Please do not waste your time here.

You will not get any tattoos that you want. What you will get is EXACTLY what Scotty Munster wants to do. If you are absolutely set on what he offers then go for it. Yet I still find it important to let the consumer know that you DO NOT get what you want here. I got some work of what Scotty wanted but when I asked for an appointment to get something I wanted I was completely blown off and treated like I was out of line asking for an appointment. This Scotty clown has an inflated ego and you simply deserve better. He owns Old Towne Tattoo as well. I bet he pays his bills off the labor of artist who actually want to work with you. Goodluck. This is an honest review from a customer who was treated like crap when I wanted to pick my next tattoo.
