I was pleasantly surprised the cost of the cut was similar to the 'value' haircut 'salons' (cost cutters $10 - 15) and was a no show for my quoted $50 haircut at the salon just up the road (I wont mention their name, but you know who they are). Overall very satisfied and will be returning along with family who have been looking for a great, affordable salon ~ Great Work Opatz!

Last week went for second haircut from Shelly. "Aren't you gonna shampoo my hair?" "Okay, but…read morethat'll cost $10 more." "Are you kidding?...." back and forth, back and forth. She ended up doing a non-shampoo dry cut, charged me $43. Time out of her day = 20 min. What has changed? Last fall i got from Shelly 45 minutes, with shampoo, and after first cut she realized she had cut it too long for the photo i brought in and she recut it. Time out of her day = 45 min. I can go to Great Clips for non-shampoo cut, for alot less money. For me this is a deal breaker and i won't return. Shelly is good at her job,but i hope readers will walk out if she pulls this again, because it is NOT salon service. You younger girls, DON'T let Shelly tell you this is standard salon pricing, because it is not.
