She ended up doing a non-shampoo dry cut, charged me $43. Time out of her day = 20 min. What has changed? Last fall i got from Shelly 45 minutes, with shampoo, and after first cut she realized she had cut it too long for the photo i brought in and she recut it. Time out of her day = 45 min. I can go to Great Clips for non-shampoo cut, for alot less money. For me this is a deal breaker and i won't return. Shelly is good at her job,but i hope readers will walk out if she pulls this again, because it is NOT salon service. You younger girls, DON'T let Shelly tell you this is standard salon pricing, because it is not.

My makeup was much worse than what I could've done on my own, I actually had to go home and take most of it off (minus the lashes) and try to fix it myself. Taking $60 worth of makeup off of my face as a senior in high school wasn't a great feeling although I didn't reach out for a refund or anything because I genuinely felt bad.
