Stay away from this they will harass you. FYI I found a different dermatologist that is treated my issue for $45.00 a year. The redness is gone. This place went right to the most expensive medication before trying anything else. Felt very uncomfortable from the minute I walked in the door. Front end was only worried about a missing hundred dollars. I felt like I was just a bothering the entire staff and wasting their time. I just wanted out of there. I waited over two months to be seen and regret going there. Told me my redness in face would not go away. The reason I went there in the first place. Then ptrescribed me medication (one was not covered by insurance. Cost of the medication $596.00 and not going help with the redness). Then what is the point in taking medication if is not going to help. They told me I had to use their mail order services for prescriptions. Did not get to see a doctor for new Patient visit. Tried to sell me a bunch of over counter stuff that I could get else where much cheaper for exact same thing.. They did not even try or give me other options. Then wanted me to buy their insurance. My mother was…read moreconvinced to sign a contract for a "wellness package" that she didn't understand and didn't know they would keep charging her. They had no problem charging her for over 2 years without any activity on the account without even a single call or contact attempt to remind her she has massages she can use. When we tried to fix it and asked for details about how these "credits" could be used and how it could be cancelled, they only gave us half the information, causing her to be charged more. Apparently they want you to come in sick as well because when she was sick and called to cancel, she was not only charged the full price, she was charged a "premium" on top of that. It was so handy that they kept her credit card on hand so they could automatically apply these charges too! DO NOT go by anything told to you verbally. We were told to cancel by XYZ date to avoid another month. When she tried cancelling a full week prior to that, she was told she missed the 10 day window prior so she would be charged for 1 more month. Our experience was horrible and I do not recommend ANYONE sign a contract with them.
