She often paused to check in and ensure I was doing alright, had no issue answering any additional questions as they came to mind, was very communicative throughout the process, and overall was fantastic. The RN also reached out to me via text the day after the procedure to check in on how I was doing and ensure there was nothing additional I may have needed. I cannot fully rate my procedure as I need to wait for the healing process and such before I can see the true results; but overall I am very pleased with my experience and I look forward to seeing the final outcome! I would 100% return here for future needs, as well as recommend it to whomever is in the market for it! The service during the treatment was fine. However, when I was on my way home I noticed Kat had not washed my hair out completely and there was still product in the bottom layer. I quickly stopped and tried to wash it and took a shower when I got home, I live approximately an hour and a half away from the salon. Within a month all of my hair started breaking off. Now, my whole bottom layer is broke off. They attempted to blame it on my pregnancy because I was 9 months pregnant. However, my hair BROKE, and is not falling out. There is a complete difference, and my hair is still not falling out after my son was born. I called today to ask them what they would do, they said they wouldn't do anything to help me. In addition, Kat was extremely rude to me, stating I should have called earlier. Also, it doesn't look like I even had a touch-up done! The top of my hair is still frizzy and curly. I DO NOT recommend this salon. If they mess up they will not help you or refund your money. In addition, they will provide extremely rude customer service.
