For years, before Brittany, I would ask for crazy colors or several different colors of blond highlights and stylists would just do what they wanted to do or or what seemed to be easier rather than executing the style I wanted. I felt no one was actually listening to me and I have a great eye for unique style so they should listen to me ;). When I finally found Brittany I was so delighted because she actually listens to what I want done to my hair. And the results have been beautiful. She listens and also gives sound advice. For example, one time I wanted to go platinum blonde with my long long hair and she advised against it and told me how risky it was to my hair's health to go that light in one treatment. So she steered me in a better, healthier direction and the results were gorgeous. Furthermore, the best part is that I look forward to seeing Brittany because she is just so fun to talk to.

She had no idea what she was doing but she then charged $392 (while saying she's offering a discount) for hair that looked so terrible a 12 year old could do better, I've seen better work on dolls. I understand that as a stylist you have your price but she took advantage of the young lady that trusted her with her hair.I do not recommend 0/10.

That is exactly what happened to me, in 2014 I was new to the area and looking for a good stylist. When I would see a female with great hair I would ask who she goes to. After about 18 months I had a few names and numbers and decided to give Michelle a try. I've never looked back. She's absolutely amazing. From the moment you meet her you can just see how passionate she is about making each client feel good about themselves and good about their experience at Arbor Hair Studio. This picture is from about 8 weeks ago and I'm still getting compliments on my hair. It always grows out and blends so nicely. Thank you thank you Michelle- I will forever be a loyal client!

Thankfully they had the color in their shelves. Normally I bring my own, but I didn't know my mother was going to treat me to a pedi. My mother brought her own color. Zoya was the brand. We were seated right away, but we waited in the Pedicure chairs for 25-30 minutes before someone got to each of us. Mom waited 25, and I waited 30. We didn't mind because we didn't have many other plans that day, but all I kept thinking was 'this is how they get you'. They say they can take you, but then sit you in the pedicure water for a while, and you don't feel like you can leave. It was a little banana. Once the pedicure started, it was fine. We got the basic pedicure. Nothing too frilly. Each was roughly 30 minutes. My mom loved that, she likes when she can get in and out, me on the other hand. I love when the place takes their time with me. My mom even commented to the lady who was massaging her legs, that she does a great job. Mom stated that normally people are too hard on her legs. So that was nice to hear. My person was fine, I do like it a little harder than her, but he did an excellent job. Overall this place was decent, very clean looking, and well-staffed for the walk-ins and scheduled appts. I would come here again if I was in St Cloud, and with my mother. Basic Pedicure was $25.00.

Walking in for my appointment I didn't feel welcomed, there wasn't even a receptionist. Another stylist checked me in. She then took her client back, so I had no one to ask where the bathroom was. Then the owner, who was my stylist that day, came and was talking to another person in the lobby, it just all seemed very unprofessional. As nice as Linda was, I don't feel her technique was up to date. I asked for a balayage and I feel like I got chunky highlights from the 90s. Also, she pulled another client's card that had similar hair to mine to figure out what colors to use for the dye, I just felt like that was cheating rather than personalizing for my hair. I think Linda tried to listen to what I wanted, but then result didn't match up with the vision she had described to me. Then when I did finally get to use the bathroom it wasn't very clean and there was a huge booger on the wall next to the toilet. The whole experience just left me sad and disappointed. The professionalism lacked and the prices there are just way too expensive for the services and atmosphere they provide.
