Meals are all very healthy, but surprisingly tasty and filling. We stayed in the barn. Room is nice with a spacious bathroom! No alarm clock, but has a tv. My favorite treatment was the Sothys deep cleansing facial, which was 90 minutes and very relaxing. Person performing facial was quite knowledgeable and personable. I also really enjoyed the cenic grounds, even in the winter! I would like to come back in the summer to go hiking. My only complaints were that yoga was not very relaxing because the fitness building was freezing, and I almost slipped right outside my door because of all the ice! Other than that, it was a relaxing way to spend a long weekend.
