I have been going to this salon for a very long time. Most recently I got 4 gel manicures in a row…read moreover a 2 1/2 month period. On my first visit, the man that worked on my nails went right from giving someone a pedicure to working on removing the gel polish from my nails without washing his hands. The same man pulled clippers, a cuticle tool, and file from the drawer, used them on my fingernails and then place them right back in the drawer. It wasn't unusual for him to use the same dremel sanding disk on the lady sitting next to me (while my gel polish was soaking off) that he had just used on my nails. IT'S NO WONDER THAT I NOW HAVE NAIL FUNGUS ON ALL 10 OF MY FINGERS! When I went into the salon to show them and to get my gel polish removed they said it was my body's fault and that I needed to go to the doctor. The owner quickly removed my polish. He did not shape or file my nails and offered no help. Now I am on medication and it will most likely take 6-12 months for my nails to heal. (I hope I don't lose any of my nails in the process!) If you are planning to visit this salon, please be mindful and watch to see that the person giving you your pedicure or manicure washes their hands and that all the tools they use are clean and sanitized. Your health and the health of your nails depend on it.

I told the tech. Do not touch it, do not cut it. Just apply the polish and nothing else. Before I could say anything she had cut my toenail. Fast forward a few weeks later. I'm in the ER dealing with an ingrown toenail due to how she cut it. I had to have it cut out by the ER doctor. The price is also ridiculous for their level of nail competence. Do NOT go here. It would be zero stars if there were the option.

The woman doing my nails was rough and uncaring. She did ask me if I was liking them a few times but other than that she put her headphones in and spoke on the phone to a friend, interrupting my nails to answer calls and to help another customer. Within the first 30 minutes she took a nail file to my pinkie and wound up slicing into me. She had trouble stopping the bleeding, but continued on with filing, all the while I sat there WAITING to be able to get up and wash my hands. As she filed my nails she nicked 6 of my cuticles, not including my painful pinkie. On top of all this the polish job is worse than if I had done it myself, which is saying A LOT, and I asked for almond shape and was given stiletto. I am never visiting ever again, and I'm kind of ashamed that I came here a third time after the other terrible experiences. Now I get to go home worrying that my finger is going to get infected...

By the next morning, many of the lashes had fallen out. This is normal - for a FEW to fall out. Unfortunately, after following the instructions for cares, by one day later, almost all the lash extensions were gone. Our family owned and operated a salon at one time so we are well aware of the policies and the efforts that should be made when a customer has a legitimate concern. Some days later, I called on my granddaughter's behalf to speak to Taylor and inquire about a resolution. Taylor was not available the day of my call so a manager who also does lash extension spoke to me. She indicated she would have Taylor personally call my granddaughter and discuss options that would be a fair resolution to the matter. It's been many days. No one has called. My granddaughter is out $230.00 and has no wish to return to this salon. My granddaughter plans to work in the service industry some day - in the field of cosmetology and all the extended services. This experience taught her how not to treat her future customers.
