For years, before Brittany, I would ask for crazy colors or several different colors of blond highlights and stylists would just do what they wanted to do or or what seemed to be easier rather than executing the style I wanted. I felt no one was actually listening to me and I have a great eye for unique style so they should listen to me ;). When I finally found Brittany I was so delighted because she actually listens to what I want done to my hair. And the results have been beautiful. She listens and also gives sound advice. For example, one time I wanted to go platinum blonde with my long long hair and she advised against it and told me how risky it was to my hair's health to go that light in one treatment. So she steered me in a better, healthier direction and the results were gorgeous. Furthermore, the best part is that I look forward to seeing Brittany because she is just so fun to talk to.

My mom was burned by the electric handheld callus remover. Once I was ready to pay she said "You don't have cash?!"... I didn't notice anywhere online or in the store that said cash only and so she took my card. Before charging me, the lady who did my nails and one of her coworkers went back and forth on the price for me as well and it was not aligned with their prices on the poster inside of the salon. This is a borderline fraudulent nail salon and I work hard for my money and it was egregiously wasted.

After she completed a so so pedicure, she finally got to my throbbing fingernails. The soaking didn't do a good job of getting the gel off my nails after all. My nails hurt at this point. I couldn't take more so she scraped and sanded to try to get it off. She didn't do a good job of getting the nails even after applying my regular polish, they look a mess. The lengths are not consistent and the skin around my nails is peeling. She charged me $77 for the not so great pedicure and terrible manicure. Never again!
