I was here two weeks ago & forgot to post needed to change nail shops because I used to go to one in NSLB but they were too cheap where my nails kept breaking and then the one in Cerritos called Instyle nail was costing me 100+ just for a full set and a pedicure and I always got simple plain designs with medium square tips. Anywho I started going to J&J and I liked them at first but they started to do a shit job. I needed to find a new spot for my hubby & I. I found Q. Nails on yelp and their reviews were a hit in miss but I said oh well let's try it. Oh my gosh, let's talk about the great service for freaking once ! We got greeted and seated right away. They made sure the water was perfect and my hubby is sensitive to hot water so they had the perfect temp. They scrubbed off all the dead skin from his feet(he's an electrician) and it was baby soft. Then the gentleman that did my nails I forgot his name, did an amazing job. He did the pink ombré with white tips. Ugh I loved them. Every time I have stepped foot into this nail shop the atmosphere is pleasant. I've been here about 4 times and I've been satisfied each time. My regular nail tech is Jimmy. He is awesome at what he does. He's very nice and he tries hard to make sure that he has customer satisfaction. It can get super busy in there, so I make sure I make an appointment. I have been coming here since 2016 when I moved out here from Arizona. At the time it was right around the corner from my house. I've never had any issues with them . Even after Covid it started I still went to them, mind you I moved to Long Beach and would drive all the way to Norwalk just to have them do my nails. Today they lost me forever like I said I've been going there for five years I made appointment two weeks ago they told me to bring cash because they weren't able to except card that day so I assume their system was down. I brought cash no problem. Today I went in after making an appointment two days ago . They never said that they weren't excepting card After my nails were done by Henry I was very pleased they looked awesome. I went to pay they told me that they only except cash so I told him I was going to go next-door get the cash and I'll come right back. Like I said I've been coming there for five years they know where I worked they know my name they know me personally. The girl at the front tells me that I'm gonna have to leave my phone which has all my information in it and go get the cash. I asked her if she was serious I always tip well I literally drive all the way here from Long Beach she said yes it's policy. The owners wife tells me I have to leave it until they get their money so I went to the ATM gave them their money and told them I'm never coming back they made me feel like I was a thief like they didn't trust me when they see me literally every two weeks for five years they've literally seen me 310 times and I have to leave my phone so you get your money. Completely unprofessional they lost me and seven of my friends customer service is everything I would understand if you've never seen me before but you've seen me 310 times. You lost a loyal customer. The only reason they're not excepting card is because they're working under the table so you guys are working illegally and have the nerve to treat a loyal customer that way I'm calling health I hope you guys get shut down for good!!!! read more

I walked in with my two girls and requested a mani pedi for my daughter, polish for my youngest and then a mani and gel pedi for myself..they did everything perfect except my 3 year olds pedicure looks very "Asian" without being racist, he put this weird design that I didn't ask for. This was my first time going to Q.Nails first off my experience was good nice people. I got a full set which I was so happy about bc working in the animal field I need acrylics to be super short! And Jordan did that for me! So pleased with the outcome of my nails! I also got a pedi which was very relaxing and very long which I'm not complaining about the only thing is that today my left toe is bothering me. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was seated right away, while they were working on my pedicure I was offered a bottled water, which was nice. One of the male nail technicians started working on my full set, long story short there a little problem with my nails and I pointed it out to the owner Jimmy. Jimmy handled the little issue so well and apologized for the inconvenience and wasn't rude what so ever. I was pleasantly surprised, at any other nail salons I've gone to and pointed out some type of dissatisfaction there has always been backlash, but not here. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, it's about customer service and how customer dissatisfaction is handled. Worst nail place ever, i used to come when they had thomas but he quit n i went in asking for him not knowing n they all seemed upset about me asking for him i got a super rude lady who i noticed kept using tools that looked dusty n used n mid way threw my nails handed them over to the guy next to her n he started working on his client with the tools she had just used on me! ( btw she was mad because she had to take me n had an appointment coming in) that's managements fault for either taking walkins n not scheduling rite they can easily be by appointment if its such an issue. Umm I dont know about this place! I ask for the black matalic chrome look for my nails, homegirl stright painted my nail with clear nail polish then cut few lil strips of somekind of shining paper and glue a couple pieces of them on to my nails... Seriouly thought I was in the show punk'd I dont know weather I wanted to cuss at her or laugh at how ugly work she done.. Trick expected me to tip her too!? Girl you ant no perfessional!!
