Tom is great with my Son's hair, no spikes popping up in the back. Usually get 0 bottom , comb over and line & it's like $15. He doesn't take an hour either. Love that they are not expensive like other places. Thanks Tom & Tina great customer service. read more

I wish I lived in the area... this would be my "regular" spot to get my nails done! The young girl that did my nails (I regret not catching her name ) was SO gentle! I'm used to my cuticles getting nicked, but she took her time to be careful not to hurt me! The only thing I didn't enjoy was the smell... I'm hoping it is from hair product and not urine, My stars are solely based on the service I received... will definitely recommend and will TRY to return! *Editing to add... the price was CHEAP compared to what I'm used to paying... walked out paying $30 (including tip) for gels! read more

So, I come here regularly and Trina is my regular service professional. I had made an appointment with her. When we arrived, both chairs were set up in anticipation of our arrival. The water was hot and ready to go. We sat down and got the usual treatment that we have become accustomed to to. Trina takes meticulous care of my feet. For health reasons I try very hard to keep my feet in perfect shape, and Trina helps keep me free of al the common problems people have who may be negligent in their foot care. We visit this facility monthly and every time all the people who work there greet us, thank us and wish us well. I heave yet to have anything less than a five-star visit here, so this will be my last review. Trina is the best. read more

Opens at 9.30, no one is here. Door is locked. So I'm waiting outside. At 9.40 first employee shows up and at this time we are 7 people waiting. Not until 10.05 does anyone else show up, not even the owners. At this point I have waited 35 mins already, and they told me I would have to wait at least another 30 mins for my manicure. More than an hour wait and I was there right when they were supposed to open. Must be nice to just sleep in and just show up whenever you want to - and keep all your customers waiting without a care. I have been here SO many times, but this is my last time. That's just a super lazy and rude attitude, and a waste of my time. I hate to give such a bad review, but this isn't the first time it has happened. read more

Their hair cut supplies are not sanitary at all, Thi Thuy Pham cut my hair. Hurt me a lot while brushing it. Kind of forcefully wanted to make decisions on my hair. USED CLIPPERS ON MY HAIR! Was crooked when I'm trying to donate my hair. Floor was filled hair before even starting to cut my hair. Didn't put any product in my hair before curling it or washed my hair. She brushed my hair with a hair brush that had dirty blonde hair still. Not good communication when cutting hair. The cloth that she put over me was covered with white short hair which is bothering me and it hurts and itches. Not very sanitary at all. Very disappointed read more

So I always come here to get my hair done I always bring my own brushes and I never had a problem with them saying okay to use my brush for what ever reason they refused to use the brushes I brought from home because they said it wasent the correct brush they needed for my hair treatment so they used there own brushes next thing you fucking know I found an adult lice on my head I freaked out and started looking I found an egg haven't found any more yet but I'm fustrated because his is why I always bring my own supplies any were I go and the one time I say okay go ahead and use your trusting them when they tell me they are clean I get fucking lice although my hair came out nice I will take my chance else we're because it not worth another scare read more

I came to this place because my sister is a loyal customer there and recommended to go see Tina. I've only gotten my hair done so I can't say anything about the nails but I love how Tina does my hair. She knows what she's doing and does an amazing job. I've gotten it cut and curled for various occasions and love it every time. Price is pretty cheap too. Tina is quite popular so if you insist on seeing her only then you may waiting awhile. read more

Not impressed. I went in with high expectations, but was let down. My pedicure was okay, but they charged me $5 just to remove the polish. Then I asked for a champagne glitter, to and they used regular gold. I was really trying to like my nails, but the design is hideous. They couldn't do the leopard design, it looks more like black and gold leaves. I won't go back. The pedicure was mediocre and the lady seemed really rushed to get me done. I'v3 enjoyed this salon for 10 years and they are so sweet and greet their regulars so nicely always making conversation. Went to this place on a late Friday night to get my nails redone and found they were closing soon. Tina was extremely nice and helpful. I explained to her that I wanted to get ready for an important appointment the next day and got recommended by a friend to try out her place. I felt bad that I came so late so I asked when she opened so I could come back early tomorrow morning. Tina said it was ok and that Sally would do my nails for me. I thought that was very nice of her. I only planned to do my nails that night but when Tina said she would help me trimmed my bangs and redo my hair colors, I thought I tried her out. It was near 10 pm when we finally done, and I think we were the only place still with the lights on in the whole plaza. I thanked the ladies for their wonderful service as Tina apologized to me for it being so late. Would definitely recommend this place for their awesome and friendly services.
