The neon sign is on. Sign says open. there is a sign yes that credit card machine is down, however I had every other means of payment that the piece of paper was requesting. There was NO ONE in the establishment (client wise) and one person comes out from the back and asks what we are looking to get done, I reply a mani pedi and same for the person with me. She proceeds to tell me that she is super busy and to come back tomorrow. Flabbergasted, I just stared blankly and then looked around the empty place and repeated back confused....you're busy? She responded with yes I am busy come back tomorrow. I replied back with I can't come tomorrow hence why I am here now and there is no one here? Was given No other explanation so she just repeatedly kept saying I'm busy. If you are by yourself and can not take a client on say something more than 'I'm busy'. It is extremely confusing as a client who sees a business capable of taking on work and seems fully functional to just say I'm busy. I have never been to this place and I wanted to give it a try since I live very close by, and the one opportunity was ruined by the lamest exchange. I wish I understood what you were busy with, and as selfish as I am sounding wish you could explain that to me. Hope everyone else has a better experience than me. I'm sure they do because the pictures of peoples nails are what brought me there in the first place. Whatever then, moving on with my journey to find a nail salon that I can consistently go to and have fabulous nails again. read more

Price is pretty good! Just be sure to speak up when they are doing the filing down near cuticles. My fingers are kind of cut up, but I know if I spoke up more they would be able to work with me. The technicians were very nice and apologized when they did knick me on accident. I think perhaps they were working too fast, but I'm happy with how my nails look! I'll try to communicate more in the future. read more

So having been here on multiple occasions since my initial review, sometimes with friends and/or signficiant other also hoping to get nails done, I am compelled to update my review. They kept passing my friend (walk-in) over in favor of walk-ins that came after her. One of the walk-ins given preference even spoke up about it but by then my friend was too upset to stay which as a result ruined other plans as she tried to get service elsewhere. What's more is these people assume that no one understands their DEROGATORY, RUDE remarks about the patrons they are servicing just because they are speaking their mother tongue. The skill offered is NOT worth putting up with their rudeness. Improper sealing on gel polish jobs compromising durability, pedicures not done properly resulting in painful ingrown nails, and uneven shaping have polished off the conclusion that we have to take our business elsewhere and recommend you do the same. read more

This is the best mani-pedi (especially pedi) I've ever had. Professional, thorough, relaxing and clean environment... great experience- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Side note- they're next door to the We Rock Gym and they have a drop off service. so my son is playing. Perfect. read more

There were a few negative parts of this experience but I should lead with the fact I now have an infected toe. The nail technician dug into my toe, which was painful, and left it red and swollen. My guess is the tools were not sterilized either, given the infection. Smaller faults I would have looked past- the credit card machine was broken, I booked a pedicure for two, and only one staff was there when we came so it took double the time and she forgot to use base polish on my toe so now my nail is dyed blue. Terrible experience and also costs $35 for a pedicure. read more

I got a gel manicure. I got chrome on top which cost an extra 15 dollars. I spent $50 dollars on my manicure and it didn't even last 4 days. The gel started peeling off and I completely lost the polish on the multiple nails. Because the polish was peeling the nails kept getting caught in my hair. I do not recommend going here for a gel manicure because clearly there process is wrong as these nails if done properly should last 2-3 weeks. read more

I called in today to see if they had appointments available, and they took me in right away. I got my gel manicure done by Vann, and he was so meticulous and took his time. I like how I can walk in here without an appointment and be served almost right away without having to wait. The staff is nice. The prices are reasonable. A regular mani/pedi combo is just $28! They have a good amount of colors. My mani/pedi lasted for at least 2 weeks before it started chipping. The only problem is that the parking lot is really small and cramped so it can be hard to find an open spot when it's busy. read more

I have been here a few times before to have a full set done , which was great. If you need perfect coffin shape, this is the place to be. I tried something new my last visit , which is the powder acrylic. It came out amazing! I was so shocked. They are very attentive to detail & great service! Lynn was really nice and we had a great conversation about speaking Vietnamese and other random stuff while she ripped hair off my underarms and a single tear rolled down my face LOL $15 for underarms. Tasty New Years tet candy bowl at Lynn's desk (the first desk on your left). They seem busy. Plan ahead. The staff here is really great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I walked in a little earlier than my appointment was and got sat right down. You don't have to worry about waiting a long time for your appointment. Seems like they are on top of that. I got my gel manicure done by Van. He is so awesome, carries great conversation and did a great job. He is meticulous with his work and cleans up the nails really well. I cant remember who did my pedicure but she was great as well. This place a great nail salon. Only thing is I wish they had more colors and glitter gel polish. The parking lot is a little small, but don't let that stray you from having your nails done from here. Even after my manicure Van gave me a great massage with oil and lotion. It Felt great. Prices are reasonable. I paid $43 for my pedicure and my Gel manicure. I will be back, but I hope they get more colors soon. read more

My sister comes here, she loves the way Van does her nails! I'm super picky with nails, so she told me to try him! So I did! He did my nails perfect! The coffin ombré color was beautiful! I just need to get used to the long length as I am not used to too long. He took his time and did a great job! Every nail is straight, smooth and shaped right! I also got a pedicure too not by him but It was great too! The environment and the employees dont make you feel uncomfortable. They're not talking in their language making you feel like they're talking about you. I will definitely be coming back here, and I live over 30 minutes away from the salon. But worth it! read more

Came in yesterday with my boyfriend for us both to get pedicures and a gel mani for myself. The process took 2 hours. My nails are unevenly filed, I can see dirt under my nail polish, and there's still some on my skin. It seemed like the manicurist didn't know what she was doing as the process took a very long time and my nails turned out sloppy. Almost an hour after my pedicure, my toenail was ruined. If the nail polish is too thick and no longer gives good quality paint jobs, the staff shouldn't use them. They were extremely rough with my boyfriend, and he had a painful experience. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

Dear Yelpers, The lady Laura whom yelped below is a crazy woman and I would've kicked her out of my business in a heart beat. I was getting a pedicure in the salon WITH AN APPOINTMENT and this annoying crazy lady walks in asking to get a color change and expects everyone to stop working on their clients, all with appointments. All the clients in the salon were annoyed AF from her being so rude and annoying. I would refuse business to clients of that manner but the salon employees were very nice to even help her out. P.S. the ugly picture of her foot Laura posted was taken after she tried to fix her ugly feet herself, it is not work done by the salon. Everyone is the salon was disturbed and annoyed by this psychotic woman. read more

It was easy to get an appointment. My friend and I were in and out quick . Gel manis and pedicures . They came out fine . My cuticles weren't all the way cleaned up but you get what you pay for . Pedicure was definitely better than the gel , but I would come back . I'm not too picky about those small things . It's also a small salon doesn't seem like they have that much staff. If you want to make sure your services are done at the same time, I suggest that you request that . read more

Sooooo disappointed! A friend recommended them, so I thought I would give them a try. Huge mistake. It took 2 and a half hours for a manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment but had to wait a long time anyway. The pedicure was good but hard to relax with the woman on her cell phone next to me speaking loudly. When I said something, they said they couldn't help me. The gentleman who did my manicure was very nice but did a horrible job. Another nail technician tried to fix it. She did her best but it just wasn't great. I'll never get those 2 and a half hours back and I have to get them redone. They told me I could come back and they would redo it but I don't ever want to go back there! I spent over $100.00. Not happy at all!!!! read more

Called them in the morning to ask how much is the manicure gonna be. They said $14. Came there - they were like "oh your nails look kinda short we can make them look longer" I was like okay do whatever you want... then 20 min later I felt that there's some scam going on lol asked them how much is it gonna be - they said $40 !!! Huge scam. Will never come back. read more

Do not go here. I went here over the course of a few months and got acrylic nails and pedicures because they were affordable. I switched salons because my manicures were complete trash. Uneven and rushed. My new salon almost didn't take me as a client because they said the chemicals on my nails from Q Nails were illegal and could harm their technicians. On my pinky finger the nail and skin had separated because of the illegal chemical and it has never grown back. My friend got a pedicure from here that gave her a toe fungus that took about a year to completely remove. Shame on you and your cheapness Q Nails. You're risking people's health by your laziness. read more

One of the BEST and AFFORDABLE nail salons in Studio City. I didn't make an appointment prior so I called and asked if I could come in that day and they said yes! Walked in and was greeted and attended to immediately. I got a new set of powder acrylics as well as a pedicure. When it comes to acrylics, I make sure they are perfect. He got the shape, thickness and color perfect. Pedicure was amazing as well. As a first time customer I was beyond satisfied and amazed at my nails. Will definitely be coming back and now will be one of my go to salons. All in all, I highly recommend this nail shop if you're around the Toluca Lake, Burbank, Studio City, Van Nuys or North Hollywood areas. This is well-situated and I personally like that it's not on a very major street. Pay via credit card, cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc. I really appreciate that they offer so many options for payment, as a number of other small shops require cash. This nail shop is in a strip mall next to a pizza place and a Thai spot. There's free parking in the lot, but spacing is tight and the area gets busy. Come a little early!

I asked for a classic french tip for that's as close as possible to the natural pigments on my nails. I love the results so much. What sets them apart from other places is that they really care about your nail health (won't overdrill/overbuff, very careful with removals, etc). For my birthday, my friend and I decided to get our nails done together, and I thought Organic Nail House was the best place to go. Julie was my tech that day, and she was absolutely lovely. I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. Also, the owners of this place were very nice and cleared up the misunderstanding we had during my first appt. I appreciated the genuine and kind follow up from them, which means a lot to me! I came back after a long nail break and today was my third and final visit. The last two appts were a little bit off, all the little things that used to make this my favorite place were hit or miss now, but today was almost insulting. The woman doing my pedicure right away seemed new and unsure about everything she was doing. Cool, I'm patient. But it wasn't really the relaxing vibe I was paying extra for- a lot of bumbling around, leaving the scrub on my legs until it started to itch, cleaning the whole basin while my legs were cold and wet instead of drying them first, stuff like that. I was really dying for some pampering today so all of that stunk, but fine. She barely took any length off my toenails despite asking her to cut them short not just file. The clipper hardly touched them. I had to ask her to go back again and she did and they are STILL longer than they should be. But the part that was insane: during my 10 minute leg "massage" (which was only 8 minutes), she was literally texting with one hand and half massaging me with the other for maybe half the time. I was staring right at her in disbelief. I should have said something but I honestly felt weird demanding she massage me better? I wanted to relax, and that would have felt so uncomfortable. At one point she was just absentmindedly scraping her fingernail up and down the bottom of my foot, totally lost in her phone. I've never experienced anything close to this here. When I paid, the woman at the desk asked how it was, and I hesitated (this woman was right next to me) but said, slowly "um... okaaaay, but" and she cut me off "great! You owe $53"- she obviously didn't care, so I decided not to bother. The polish is nice even if my toenails will have to be cut in maybe a week max. That sucks. I still tipped 15% since I usually tip 25 or 30 because they are usually that good, but now I wish I'd tipped less. Absolutely wild experience.

*One positive note: the inside is beautiful and clean.

For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability. I came in at 5:20 PM and didn't leave until 7:15 PM, The older lady who did my pedicure also seemed rushed, cut me during the service, and overall it wasn't relaxing at all. I paid $150 total for both services, so I really expected better work and more attention to detail. I think the salon should make sure technicians are properly trained and that the quality matches the prices being charged. No one has time to go back to fix things
