Listen!!! When I tell you that I switched nail salons after my first experience with Donna and Kayla I mean it! I wish I had found this place sooner! Ever since I've been coming here, I've taken all their recommendations and my nails have never looked better. I mean it!! I can honestly say my nails look sexy and trendy AF. When I first came in, my nails were short and broken. Now they have a whole new look and life! I've never been able to grow them out this long naturally to have that cute and pretty almond shape that's so popular nowadays. But Donna gave me the confidence that no other nail tech ever provided! And Kayla - she revives my feet to make them feel super soft after I come to her with my busy 'mom feet'. Overall, I am beyond happy to have found this gem! Thank you Donna and Kayla for ALWAYS treating me with kindness.
A five star review for a walk in on a whim! I was in Studio City getting my hair done next door and my nails were in dire shape. I had a couple hours to burn so I checked the Yelp app for the reviews on this page and NN had the GELX service I was looking for. Once I got my hair done, I walked over as a "walk in" on an early Saturday afternoon in November. I was assigned to Donna and we sat at a table and she gave me gorgeous Thanksgiving copper glitter nails! I appreciated her concern because I bite and fidget with my nails so she let me know to come back in 3 weeks for a touch up snd allow my nails to grow underneath. The goal is to get a gel mani with my natural nails (cheaper than GelX). I came back a month later with an appointment for Donna since I no longer live in the area. She did an excellent job with my red, glitter Christmas nails! This time, I got a gel pedi too and it was divine, especially the foot massage. Ahh! I was doubly impressed Donna remembers me and the stories I told her about my life after the first meeting. She listens and remembers! We exchanged numbers so I'm a client now hehe. Natural Nails has a very small lot so parking can be tricky so early in the day if you can. I like that it's open seven days and Donna's day off is Tuesday. There's an amazing fish tank, tv, manicure tables and lots of massage chairs. Bring your partner or a friend, I'll be back!

Donna also does a great job with my hands. Today I tried a new technician (Nancy) and she executed the design I asked for!
I love Natural Nail & Spa! All of the ladies are a delight to be around and provide A+ service. After trying many places and being unhappy, they are transparent, have reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. They help you get the nails that you want and actually care for each customer. They also help with their opinion if I am indecisive or making a wrong choice (which I value a lot!) I'm so glad to finally be a regular at a place that gets my vision right every time. I got natural pink nails and started with builder gel and grew my natural nails to this length! You won't be dissappointed coming here.
Donna is a blessing. I've been having the hardest time finding a nail artist that is available on Sunday, that I could tell truly had my best interest in mind. She was straight to the point with me & told me what the benefits were of changing from dip to gel builder & I don't need to wait one more minute to post a review to thank her for her honesty & help. She made it clear to talk pricing & was reasonable of her expectations of me & I can't wait to come back! My nails look so elegant & I feel like my nails aren't even mine. No need to soak in acetone, easy fills & feels so much lighter on my nail. My boyfriend got a pedicure & I haven't seen his feet look this good, ever. His specialist was top notch & really cleaned up his toes! Everything was so clean & I felt comfortable. I loved the fresh plants, the fish tank is tranquil & everyone was friendly. Thankful for finding Natural Nail.

This was my first time visiting the salon. When booking my appointment, they were very responsive. I worked at 11am and had a 9:15am appointment. Throughout the process, they communicated pricing to me and were always checking in to ensure everything was to my liking. The service was great and I had a great experience. I appreciated their communication, as well as their diligence to make sure I got out with time to make it to work. The atmosphere was nice and bright. It was quiet when I arrived since I went right at opening. Then people strolled in around 10am. I'd definitely recommend. Donna did my nails and did an amazing job! She even talked to me about refills and getting my own nails to grow out, and how long it would take. The woman who did my toes was also so sweet and did a great job as well. The worst nail salon experience I've had in Studio City--and I've been to nearly all of them. I walked in with completely bare nails--no polish, no gels, no acrylics--so there was nothing to remove, and still, they barely prepped my nails at all. They didn't touch my cuticles, didn't clean up the nail beds, nothing. Then they charged me $70 for a gel manicure that looked like it was already three weeks grown out. The polish didn't go anywhere near my cuticles, giving that weird, unfinished "grown-out" look right from the start. It looks sloppy and unprofessional--you can see it clearly in the photos. I asked around afterward, and everyone agreed: this is not how a gel manicure should look, especially for that price. Unfortunately, I didn't notice how bad it was until I was halfway home--I was just exhausted and came in late after a long day. This was my first time at the salon, and I honestly don't understand why they wouldn't try to do a great job to keep a new client coming back. For $70, it should've looked flawless.
