And if you're lucky enough to actually get a BBQ set, don't expect it to last , mine started falling apart within months. He sub contracts to a real company and doesn't communicate with them so they bring the wrong stuff and leave you hanging. 1: Promised 6 weeks. Took 3 months. 2: Promised 0% Financing then demanded Cash. And no checks or cards. 3: Sent BBQ and Fire pits to the house in boxes and said they don't install them. No LP kits. 4: Won't write back or correct any issues. 5: Says the vendor who he buys his stuff for is his office manager but she is not. Dude is a scammer!!!! Run. I found Clemente on instagram and went to meet him at the Ontario home show. We ordered our island right before Christmas and got it the first week of February. We were told end of February but they got done early to our pleasant surprise. It's exactly what we wanted! We went over ideas and sizes and Clemente helped us with our vision and brought it to life. Don't do business with this company. The owner Clemente sub contracted the work and the bbq doesn't look like what it should considering what we paid$$. You would expect quality work like the ones he displays at the home shows, just know you will be getting mediocre work with many visible flaws. We let that part slide but what is completely unprofessional is that we have been trying to get a hold of him to ask him some questions regarding issues w the appliances and he won't respond and now blocked us. He is unprofessional and is surely quick to respond when doing the deal and collecting your money. Run....there are better bbq company's out there do your research. read more

I met the team at the Fresno home show and was very impressed with the quality of the products. When it was time to build a pool in my backyard I reached out and they came out to provide an estimate the same day. We couldn't be happier with the product and service. Nothing in construction ever goes 100% perfect in my experience so expect that, but Clemente was always available by phone and handled any issues immediately. They delivered on everything that was promised and I couldn't be happier with my 12' tv wall and galley style kitchen. I chose to not have a gas grill because I mainly cook on a Traeger and flat top griddle and they designed everything perfectly for my home. Was waiting to see if they fixed my problem before reviewing them. Very bad experience dealing with them. Timeline was off by a few months was told October it would be ready didn't get installed till like December. The craftsmanship was bad and not clean at all. By the time they did come and install they tried to give me a cheaper version of the grill we had agreed to. The fridge they installed was not secured and it shakes like crazy. The bottom tile is not level like they said it would be. The ameristone is splattered at the bottom tile. Multiple times I was treated rudely by Armando to which I still have the texts where he was confrontational with me over my questions about timeline. At the end they installed it and I still had to wait for my ice chest for another month. So I had to have it with a hole at the top for whole month. When I complained about tile they said that's what I agreed to. Even tho I was told it was all gonna be clean custom work. Also was told if I wanted it fixed they would like me to find a tile guy because they don't have workers. Save yourself the headache and money if you don't want to deal with nonsense. We looked everywhere for a Bar / island and we were really frustrated with how the process went. I wont list the other companies but we would get pricing and then it would change within a day or two. We met Armando and Clemente at the home show in Pomona. We were told by family to check it out. We went and i already knew exactly what i wanted and the price i wanted to pay. I showed Armando the drawing and he gave me a price that was exactly what i wanted to pay so I didn't negotiate we just went for it. Clemente was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. I will say my only advice is look around and find out color schemes and look online to find out exactly what you want and this company will deliver. We ordered in the beginning of December and we received the bar beginning of February. We were quoted 6-10 weeks but we did have a lot of rain which caused some delay. We were told it would be done by Super Bowl and they made sure everything was finished 4 days prior. The bar we ordered is 12'x11' i can easily fit 8-10 people around it. All of the appliances work great. We have a built in ice chest, mini fridge, blaze lte grill, and a couple upgraded door/ drawer combo. As far as quality i have no complaints everything looked great i had one tile that was cracked but they came and fixed it immediately. The lighting was all included and i think it makes a huge difference. Pricing was what i was really impressed with! I feel like i did not over or underpay for anything. Trust me i looked everywhere and went to probably 6 different bbq island places over the last 7 months. Q it Up has the best prices that i have come across. Overall i would highly suggest going with this company. Everything i asked for they delivered. Communication was spot on. The last thing i wanted to mention was due to not having the fire pit done by Christmas (which wasnt a big deal because we were never told it would be done by Christmas) my wife called and asked if we could have the fire table delivered. It was not finished but Armando and Clemente dropped off a temporary fire table they use for show rooms just so we would have something by Christmas. They didn't have to do that in fact nothing was supposed to be done by Christmas. Just goes to show they care. The delivery was the scariest thing I've been through.
