Prices are above moderate to expensive. They have beautiful patio tables here, fountains, chairs, etc.. but shopping here is pricey. Getting a sales associate to help me with questions was a lengthy wait. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew the day I walked in. Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

I decided to look again at my parents kitchen cabinets to see how they have held up. To my surprise, they look brand new! Even the finish near the sink area looked perfect. (My is not one to let her kitchen rest. We have a big family and have abused that kitchen. At least that gives you some idea of the use this kitchen has had over the years). I ran into Padilla's Patio & Garden's display and ended up purchasing one of their beautiful patio sets plus a few of their adorable turtle stepping stones. They had several unique designs in benches, and others that I was able to customize the set I purchased to my preference and color. The owner Veronica Padilla was the nicest and professional person. She was very considerate in communicating with me the status of my patio up to the delivery date. The two guys that delivered were on time, so knowledgeable and very precise in measuring to make sure the set looks perfectly aligned in the patio. I am so pleased with my patio set and I would definitely recommend them and Veronica to anyone interested. She is such a pleasant and honest person and I appreciated that most about this experience. Bought a Table & benches from them in July and was delivered in late August. Today my wife went to…read moremove one of the benches, and the top of the bench came apart. Notified them, and they said the only way they would come and fix it, is if I paid a fee both for repairs & their transportation or do it ourselves, which isn't possible due to back surgery a week ago, which I notified them of the surgery . They claimed that this is not broke, well I believe if it comes apart it is. So much for the year warranty. This product was very expensive and unfortunately they DO NOT back up their product, nor their empty promises. Buyers be where, I would recommend going elsewhere, or just not wasting your money.
