Prices are above moderate to expensive. They have beautiful patio tables here, fountains, chairs, etc.. but shopping here is pricey. Getting a sales associate to help me with questions was a lengthy wait. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew the day I walked in. Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

They strike a really nice balance between you feeling like they're there to help but not to pressure you. We ended up working with the manager, Rob Decker, and he was great, actually everybody we interacted with was great. I also loved that we were able to buy a set of patio furniture that was made locally. The prices were better than at other stores. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

I ran into this store on a sunday before my housewarming and my in-laws showed up so I had to leave but I told Ricardo and his family I'd be back. I did shop around (power of 3) and you cannot beat his honest pricing, not to mention his delivery and assembly (free). I purchased Thursday before 12pm and had it delivered same day by 5pm. It was just in time for my party & housewarming! We had a lot of compliments about these pieces we picked and a lot of referrals. I really hope those friends visit! We'll be back as our family grows and we need indoor furniture. It's only a shame he doesn't carry any patio furniture.

So I went to the back door where there's parking in rear. Also locked. Except for the garage full of merchandise that's wide open. So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

I decided to look again at my parents kitchen cabinets to see how they have held up. To my surprise, they look brand new! Even the finish near the sink area looked perfect. (My is not one to let her kitchen rest. We have a big family and have abused that kitchen. At least that gives you some idea of the use this kitchen has had over the years). Now, we are going to have them price out our island. :) Very nice family, fair price, hardworking, and they stand behind their product. (I'll try to add some photos of my parent's custom cabinetry)

They claimed that this is not broke, well I believe if it comes apart it is. So much for the year warranty.
