Terrible after-sales service…read more An item arrived badly cracked during shipping and completely unusable. The damage itself isn't the reason for the one-star review. The way Homary has handled it is. The item is extremely heavy and cannot simply be thrown away, yet Homary expects the customer to figure out how to dispose of it. Professional removal requires a crew due to the weight, plus proper disposal, and customers should not be left responsible for arranging and potentially paying for this when the product arrived cracked and unusable. Even more frustrating, Homary's own German website tells customers not to dispose of items with obvious shipping damage and states that the shipper will typically collect them. Yet getting Homary to actually arrange this has resulted in weeks of back and forth, escalation to management, and promised response times passing without a concrete solution. Shipping damage happens. Expecting the customer to figure out how to get rid of an extremely heavy, broken product that arrived damaged should not. Very disappointing experience and terrible after-sales service. I would seriously think twice before ordering anything large or heavy from Homary.

It sat unopened in the original box inside my garage for a couple of weeks. It was installed about a month ago, has never been cooked on or even used, and it's already rusting everywhere. The handles, back, sides and griddle are all covered in rust. I've contacted Best of Backyard three or four times and sent them pictures and videos. Instead of taking care of it, they passed me off to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's response was that I needed to clean and maintain it better, which is ridiculous considering it's brand new and has never been used. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. A new barbecue shouldn't look like this after a few weeks. I bought it from Best of Backyard, so they should stand behind what they sell and deal with the manufacturer themselves instead of making me do all the work. At this point, the barbecue needs to be replaced. Really disappointed with both the quality and the way this has been handled.

A lot of the cushions at other stores were too hard. The set we chose was the most comfortable swivel chairs that I had sat on. Also, I felt more comfortable with a lighter cushion color with real Sunbrella cushions, which was offered here for stain resistance and longevity. Because they sell to hotels and apartments, they carry the most up to date styles. I wanted something more modern and I couldn't find it anywhere else. My husband wanted it before the holiday, and Prema made it happen! Next day delivery, and we even decided to order more and same fast delivery! Very happy customers.
