Our piece arrived in good shape but we were disapponted by the quality of the connectors which led to gaps between panels. Nonetheless, we continued until we got to the doors that did not have pilot holes for the hinges (despite being shown on the instructions). At this point we contacted Homary. It was delivered on 11/3/2025 without the required battery, so I had to purchase one myself just to test it. Even after installing the correct battery -- and another one later sent by the seller -- the clock still does not function. I have been emailing customer service for over four months with no resolution and no refund. For a $140 product, this is unacceptable. Currently in the process of taking legal action against this company by taking them to small claims court for not honoring their 1-yr manufacturers warranty for a faulty smart bidet toilet that completely stopped working only after 9 months of use. We've been back and forth for weeks as their representative Jerry offers me..get this .. a $200 refund for a $740 smart toilet which as it turns out has a defect. We purchased a fancy smart toilet from this organization a few months ago. It has been a problem which would not be a big deal but the service for this issue is non existent. The toilet has a warranty that is supposed to cover things like this but the maker has no one in California who can work with the issue which is inside the toilet. The service department for this must be in some other country as they only can communicate at night. They have received photos and videos of the issue and just circle back to the beginning keeping us busy taking more pictures that do nothing to resolve the issue they do not offer to send any part or do anything to fix this thing. I was impressed by their furniture on the website but was not going to spend $2000 on a sofa without seeing and sitting on it. I took a drive to the "showroom" and I was appalled. I walked in and it was dirty, the sofa on "display" was dirty and horrible quality. Upstairs they had about 1000 square feet of what looked to be random crap that was returned. Homary showcase several plates sets on the dining ware description online meanwhile the actual set when delivered only have 1 big plate, 1 medium plate , 2 small tiny plate and several cups bowls and 6 spoons which were not detailed out online on the product description. After receiving this set of dining ware I reached out to Homary, their number issue was not having a customer service rep that you can speak to and after sending in my return request, i got an email from them i sent them different picture including the shipping label, the bar code, the pictures of items delivered and I was waiting for a return shipping label which Homary refused and denied sending the return label. They wasted my time for almost 2 and half hours and they were trying to avoid sending me the return label and made the whole thing super difficult. Again Homary furnitrue delivered an item that was contrary to the detail on the item product listing on their website and they failed to send a return shipping label to me to send their product back to them for a full refund. Homary furniture is fraudulent and not straight forward no one should patronized them unless you are ready to get stress and not get value for the money you paid to them and moreso they will waste your time and made the return a big and stressful thing and I doubt if you will get refunded if you decided to ship the item back to them using your money. They are super fraudulent and will waste your time and will refuse to send you a refund even when they are the one who deceived you to but their poor quality product and you feel you will get quality product deliver but end up with a cheal, product delivered that was different from the description of the product they had advertised online on their website. My experience w/ both attempting to assemble this table and communicating with homary about the issues that their company has put on me have been HORRIBLE! The night I received the shipment, I opened the packaging to begin building the table. First of all, it came with no instructions, just a ton of nuts, bolts, washers, and the pieces of the table. So, I found the instructions on homary's website specifically for my table, and the instructions did not match the supplies that came in the delivery. I got a ton more fasteners than were in the instructions, and there were no actual written instructions to clarify ANYTHING, and the pictures did not match! On top of that, there were no guide-holes in the table mount and the table mount was blatantly attached off-center of the tabletop, creating some potentially serious weight distribution issues. And considering the round table and the 3 triangular shaped legs, there is no way to put the legs on without a carpenter or specialist requiring a lot of math and calculations to put it together. I e-mailed customer support about it. They eventually got back and said that the manufacturer was not supposed to put in guide holes and I should use the self-tapping screws. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO CONSTRUCT A COMPLICATED TABLE DESIGN WITHOUT PRE-MEASURED GUIDE HOLES!?!?!? I wrote back to them, very clearly delineating the MANY issues with the table, which took several of my own man-hours to document and prove, only for them to reply saying that I need to get someone to build it for me. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONAL TABLE AFTER 2 WEEKS! IT IS INSANE THAT THEY AREN'T TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR F***UPS, THEIR INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS, AND THEN ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME DO MORE WORK INSTEAD OF SOLVING THE ISSUES THAT THEY AND THEIR MANUFACTURERS CREATED! It seems most of the products are shipped by third party sellers. Ordered a floating TV stand and upon checking the package, it was way lighter than it should have been at only 10 lbs. Which was the first red flag. Upon opening it there was an old piece of wood and no signs of the TV stand. They said they will ship out a replacement item but it will take 2 months or so. After waiting more than 2 months, and when asked about the status of the replacement, I was told that I was refunded for the item so they won't be shipping the replacement. I've wasted close to 3 months waiting just to hear this at the last minute. After searching around the web for reviews of this company, it seems that they employ a lot of bad practices and in some cases borderline scammy. They buy fake reviews, and their customer support is really slow and horrible. The products they advertise are generally not what you receive. I ordered the Modern Bathroom Freestanding Storage Shelving in Gold & White and it came damaged. I called to see how to return since their website says "No hassle returns in 30 days" and they told me to send a picture of the damage which I did. Homary responded with this: "Dear customer, Hope this email finds you well. We have received your picture. Meanwhile, if you could kindly consider keeping this order, we are glad to offer you a 50 USD refund. If you would like to accept this offer, please kindly let us know, so we may process it for you as soon as possible." I responded No, I would like a full refund, please tell me where to send it back with a shipping label and they have not responded. Terrible Experience. The item came damaged and also not what the picture made it seem. the dimensions are totally off. the desk is much smaller than the picture showed. The pieces did not work properly in order to build the desk. I called in to return the desk, they made the process super hard and confusing. I emailed them all the pictures proving my complaints. they never got back to me. I emailed again with no response. I try to call and I wait on hold for 15-20 minutes until the call is disconnected. I spent 800 on this awful desk and I just want to return it. I feel like I was scammed. I am going to have to charge back at my bank if I dont hear back asap! read more

I ordered a desk from homary. The desk arrived and I hired a handyman to help with assembly. We found out the hardware did not arrive with the shipment. Started corresponding with costumer service to get the required hardware shipped to my house. PAINFUL! With the exception of a CS Rep named Tom. He was outstanding. Long story short...the parts finally arrived to my house. I rescheduled the handyman (second cost). Then, while the handyman was assembling the desk, he discovered there are multiple other pieces missing. (I have now spent over $250.00 on handyman fees for assembling and still no desk.) all of this to this point has taken over a month. I still have no desk. I will never use Homary again! BTW. I have not received a refund, I have spent $250.00 on a handyman, I have been working on this case for more than 1 month and still do not have a desk. What a failure on Homary's part! read more
