The next day, a team of two were at my door 30 mins earlier than expected. Overall, they did a good job and my home is much cleaner than before. However, I'm glad I did a walk through before they left as I noticed a couple countertops in the kitchen had been missed. After they left, I noticed one of the bathrooms had not been thoroughly swept, and the baseboards were not dusted. As I had requested a "deep cleaning" I was a bit disappointed. Red Maids Cleaning sent me a follow up text to inquire how the service was. I let them know my concerns and they very graciously offered me complimentary services for my next appointment, and a good discount for the current service. They also offered to have the cleaners come back to clean any missed areas, but I was not available. Very great management. It is clear they care about their customers and reputation. I would recommend them if you need some maintenance cleaning done around your home.

I will preface by stating that the coordinate I interacted with (Yulissa) was kind, courteous, and had excellent customer service. The cleaners however were another story. They arrived 1 hr earlier than the agreed upon time, took their time cleaning (I found them sitting around chatting), and when I confronted them about the speed of their work, they said they were here early and blamed my house for being too big. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find. Give this place a try, but be prepared to supervise the cleaners closely.

Following the technicians' return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Their cleaning technique was unstructured, and the application of the cleaning solution was inconsistent, leading to uneven results. We waited for the furniture to dry before fully assess the outcome, but work remains horrible. The couches appear to be water damaged and the fabric seems to be destroyed by the solutions. In addition to my previous concerns, I want to reiterate the following serious issues: * Harsh Cleaning Brush: The brush used for stain removal was far too abrasive, stripping fibers from the fabric and causing damage to expensive furniture. I had to intervene and remove some stains myself to prevent further harm. * Dirty Equipment: The pressure washer hose was visibly dirty and was repeatedly dragged across freshly cleaned furniture, reintroducing dirt onto the fabric. * Lack of Precautions: No plastic floor coverings were used to protect surrounding areas, resulting in cleaning spray splattering onto floors, walls, and nearby furniture. * Disruption to My Household: Young children had just returned home from school and had to be moved out of the family room so your technicians could re-do a job that should have been done correctly the first time. This caused unnecessary inconvenience for my family. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward process took the majority of the day, and I am left with concerns about the condition of the furniture. We would like a full refund of the services so that we can hire professionals to do a better job. I fully intend to document and share my experience, along with photos, in public reviews to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered. I expect an immediate response outlining how you plan to resolve this situation. GO LOOK AT MY GOOGLE REVIEW FOR PICTURES

I wanted to provide an updated review based on our recent experiences…read more We've worked with Pilar, who handles all of the communication, while different members of her team come to do the cleaning. One challenge is that it isn't always the same cleaners, and the quality has been inconsistent. Some visits have been great, while others have fallen short, which has been frustrating. The biggest issue, however, has been scheduling. I want to extend grace because cleaning homes is physically demanding work, and I understand that delays can happen. That said, the arrival times have consistently been several hours later than the scheduled window. If you decide to use Pilar's service, I'd recommend planning for the cleaners to arrive three or more hours after the time you're given. While we've had some positive experiences, the inconsistency in both the cleaning quality and scheduling has made it difficult to rely on the service.

I messaged their manager with a list of 10 things they had not cleaned that we had agreed would be cleaned (e.g. fridge, baseboards, fans). He said he would personally come over to clean and then never did. On top of that they broke two things in my bed which I had to replace at my personal expense - peloton electrical cord and central leg under a bed. They didn't do a good job at all. When I ran my hand over the kitchen counters? You could feel grit like dust. Same for the window sills and blinds. I sent a video to the company and got a long email about how dust/human hair/pet hair settles. They cleaned the day before I was scheduled to move in and no one was in the home and I don't have a pet. Bathroom was dusty still. I asked for my carpets to be cleaned and it seems they just vacuumed them. I need to be able to trust the people I work with and that isn't the case here. Communication was lacking the day they were supposed to come out and only became more responsive after I voiced concerns about the quality of the work. Scrubbies has excellent customer service and provided a good clean…read more I hired them for a Deep Clean of an apartment I was moving into (that had not been cleaned before the previous owner moved out). I wanted a deep clean before I started moving all my stuff in, putting it in the cabinets, etc. Scrubbies gave me a competitive quote right away and were very responsive. I chose to go with them over the competitors. The service itself was great - the ladies cleaned my 1br for about an hour and a half, and left before I was back (with my permission). I got home and while parts of my apartment were clean, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and the baseboards had not been cleaned. I called Scrubbies, as they had requested feedback, and expressed my disappointment that perhaps I had a different expectation of "deep clean" than they did. They immediately said they wanted to rectify it and would come out the next morning to do so. Then the owner called me as well to apologize and said they would take care of it. Kendra came out the next morning and addressed everything I had asked about. I think perhaps what I expected originally was not on their "deep clean" list, and I may not have conveyed what I was looking for 100% clearly, so for them to then go above and beyond really made an impression. On top of that, everyone was nice and in high spirits whenever I talked to them, along with the crew that came to my apartment. Great service.
