One of our favorite places to eat in Lisboa! Fresh ingredients, great service, and a good selection of vegetarian options has kept us coming back. I highly recommend the peixinhos da horta. And, be sure to save room for dessert!

Loved this bakery while I was in Portugal. Their pastries are literally to die for. It is very much so catered to tourists, but regardless I still think it tastes amazing. Their pastel de belém is phenomenal and melts in your mouth and you can taste the sweet sugars in every bite. Their other pastries were pretty good as well. Definitely a place you should stop by at if you have time!

This spot seems super popular amongst the locals. Very charming location across from a small neighborhood park with a teensy playground. I think I offered the wrong thing. The spinach quiche was dry, a bit bland, and served cold. It came with a lackluster salad. My beau's omelet with ham and cheese was super flavorful, eggs cooked nicely with the perfect portion of cheese. The fresh orange juice was perfect when I added a bit of water to temper the acidity.

They have a wide selection here and a big seating area. I got a few pastries to go and they were lacking flavor so I wouldn't recommend it.

Wonderful brunch spot serving a variety of food. All the food was very tasty and fresh. My Friend and I were looking for a nice spot to have brunch before our flight. We were hoping to find an American breakfast. Without luck we weren't able to find much so we just started walking up the streets. Located right next to Placa de Flores we saw a cute brunch spot with seating outside. It was a bit chilly that morning so we ate inside. The inside was clean and cozy. To our surprise it was a buffet style brunch. Which I loved! they had just opened so we had the place to ourselves. The woman who I believe is the owner was very kind and attentive. We chatted with her while enjoying mini samosas eggs, pancakes, sausage, and even some yummy chicken soup. The price was only €18 for the brunch buffet. Alcoholic beverages are not included in that price. But the price was still very reasonable for what you get. I would certainly Recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a more traditional American breakfast/brunch or anyone looking for some yummy food while I'm in Lisbon

Stay away.. This place is so over priced they charged me $1.50 for 2 pats of butter. The coffe was tempted. My muffin was raw in the middle. Eggs where eh at best. Stay away. Praying I don't get sick. Oh was good

Bad coffee and bland pastries. Sorry but I suggest skipping, and go to Copenhagen Coffee Lab around the corner.

Enjoyed the grilled fish (salmon) as main course and the Goat cheese bread as a starter. Good prices and nice service!

What makes it special is watching the pastries being handmade right in front of you, which adds a level of freshness and craftsmanship that you can actually taste. The service was super fast and friendly. The pastel de nata came out perfectly, with that delicate flaky crust and warm custard that just hits differently when you know it was made moments ago. The espresso was equally impressive, rich and smooth, and the two together make for a simple but near perfect combination. If you are in the area, this is an easy and very satisfying stop.

The crust was super flaky and the tart was nice and warm out of the oven, but I didn't like the flavor of the custard. I did forget to add cinnamon to the top, but I don't think it would have helped me personally. The woman who stood next to me at the counter had a nearly orgasmic experience next to me, so it's obvious that my taste buds are apparently off. I loved the patience of the server, who got confused when I told her I wanted to eat in but wanted to take water to go. Note to self...Portuguese folks want to have their "to go" as "takeaway." What I also didn't know was that there was no place to sit!! I scooted down the counter just like all the other folks to watch the bakers prep the next gozillion pastries for the day. That was interesting. Then, I didn't know how to bus my dishes. I just left them on the counter like all the other folks and went away. I wouldn't skip going because of my personal taste buds, though. Enjoy it for yourself and let me know if you have a different opinion than I did!

From the moment we were seated, Cristina took her time in welcoming us and explaining every item on the menu. We got extremely lucky in beating the dinner rush and submitting our orders in. The subsequent groups who came in were simply turned away or quoted at least an hr wait. Even with full house, our foods came in a reasonable time. With her recommendation, we went with seafood bake for 2 and BBQ pork in 4 diff cuts (we wanted to try a little bit of everything). The seafood bake was beyond amazing - there were literally 4 diff types of WHOLE fish (cod, salmon, bass?, can't tell the last one), along with dozen of fresh shrimp with shells still on and clams! The pot felt bottomless with seafood. It took us literally an hr just to power through this dish. The seafood bake's sauce was so yummy that my husband started throwing in his side potato to soak up the flavor. Towards the end, he straight up spooned and drank it. The bbq pork was so juicy and flavorful! My husband really enjoyed the bacon cut - fatty yet crispy. The side salad was so refreshing with its light, house made dressing. Honestly, we couldn't be any happier with our dinner! Too bad we were so stuffed that we didn't get to try their desserts. What an incredible meal! Amazing food and heartwarming service - Cristina even took the time to come by our table to check and chat with us during dinner rush - we couldn't ask for more. Price was a steal especially for how much food we got - around 50 Euros. Would definitely return if we ever revisit Lisbon!

We were peeking at the menu outside when the owner, Christina, ushered us in and assured us she'd prepare something to our liking. She did not disappoint. We each started with a drink; my colleague had a beer and I had a red wine. We shared a cheese appetizer and olive appetizer. The cheese was very...fragrant?...but seriously delicious and creamy. It was served with a side of honey which we both drizzled on our bread with each (admittedly three total for each of us) serving. For our mains, we had fish. I had the salmon, served with stewed vegetables and salad. He had the cod entree. We were both initiated into the clean-plate club, with very little left for rinsing. For dessert we tried the carob mousse (my favorite!) and the chocolate cake (delicious, but the mousse takes the cake -- no pun intended). The waiter, Antonio, was an absolute gem, and treated us to a digestif following our dessert. Having already had two glasses of wine, I should have passed on the digestif, but when in Lisbon, you do as Antonio tells you. I had the most fantastic evening with Christina and her crew, and upon future visits to Lisbon I will make it a must to visit again.
