To me, this shows a lack of respect for customers' needs and circumstances, especially when those needs are based on faith. Because of this rigid and dismissive policy, I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering a reservation carefully confirm the store's pickup terms in advance. Rather than pressuring to have negative reviews removed, businesses should focus on improving how they treat their customers. Called them this morning on 03/23 around 10:00am (after 24 hours of waiting again), the guy takes my information and tells me he can only find 1 of the 2 items, I specifically mentioned to him at that point, "that's because my order wasn't fulfilled on time like always". He then mentions that he will have it sent over right away from their other location so I can pick them up.
