It included a swinging door that was built with a custom metal frame (they built the metal frame on-site), which was an impressive level of quality. They built 10' x 8' privacy fence between us and the neighbors (on the left side), and they laid DG to suppress weeds and hold the slope. The team was very courteous and communicative. They brought a 3-4 man crew with lots of supplies (including a porto potty). I hit a few snags along the way that had to do with the specific list of work that was to be done. Rumaldo had the crew come back to address the details that bothered me, which I appreciate.
