I shared this with a few other people. The caramel apple iced coffee sweetness level was overpowering. One of the cast members shared a pro tip to use the caramel apple lollipop to scoop out the apple cream and it tasted better that way. Ok so the soda machine was all messed up. After trying all four available soda machines, I realized they were all in fact spewing out non-carbonated drinks. I repeatedly got a flurry of dark brown syrup splotches in my watery "coke" before I got frustrated and asked for help. Received a refund after talking to like 4 different people. My daughter got the grilled cheese, and that was okay for what it was. It's hard to mess up a grilled cheese, and if you ever come to a restaurant that can't make a grilled cheese, that's a huge red flag. The oversized pretzel is very popular but I think a bit of a letdown. I do enjoy the $16 "Not So Little" Chicken sandwich and my goodness, it's so filling. I think two people could easily share this. The ChocoSmash is a candy bar fit for kings and another popular item here. I am obsessed with their current seasonal Red Velvet Cold Brew with Cream Cheese Cold Foam ($7.29). I saw a great review online about this fried chicken sandwich and got sick from the Gardians of the Galaxy ride thus thought perfect time to try the fried chicken sandwich. Total mistake. We went inside and ordered with a person at the kiosk then just waited around a bit. The server never mentioned the process to give our order to the next counter so just stood around for at least 5 minutes. I ordered everything on the side not knowing what sauces they drench the chicken in. It was a good call so I can control my sodium and sugar intake. The sauces are honey mustard and something similar to a Chick-fil-A sauce. I think the chicken was flattened to far that the chicken was soo dry and tough to eat. The tots were good. The pearls on top of the vanilla yogurt just tasted like sugar. The coleslaw has a vinegar based dressing which was ok. More of that still would not make the chicken taste better. I love the whole concept of Pym's! I love a good themed bar or restaurant and I love all of the Ant Man Easter eggs at Pym! The concept is built around small and massive food items. I love that it is smack dab in the middle of Avenger's Campus in DCA so you can sit outside to people watch or watch when they do the character shows. I'm not a huge fan of their food - I haven't loved some of the items I have tried so we usually just stick to drinks for the most part, but my favorite items to order are the R&D Martini and the Choco Smash Chocolate Bar. The chocolate bar is close to 12 inches long, but it is so good! I ate about half of it and took the rest home with me to Sacramento. They offer a massive chicken sandwich, pretzel and even a taco salad that looks like a huge taco. Their smaller items consist of a bite size grilled cheese sandwich and mini pasta and meatballs.
