Booked an 11am oil change appointment online and even got a reminder texted to me ahead of time…read more When I arrived at 10:59am, I was told that they had taken in a bunch of walk ins and due to being short staffed, it would be 1:30 before they even got to me. They offered to rebook my appointment. Very frustrating that they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know this. I asked why they didn't and she told me that she was busy waiting on customers. There were two people sitting at the desk so I'm thinking this isn't a valid excuse. My guess is that they saw the coupon that they had mailed to me, in my hand, and didn't feel that a $49.99 coupon was worth their time. I drove over to Grease Monkey on the other side of the parking lot and they immediately got me into a bay. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. They offered a $25 coupon online, which they honored, which got me just a couple of dollars from the coupon that Speed had mailed me.
