$450 for routine maintenance?!?!…read more These people are absolutely immoral, charging over $300 for just for the labor on an oil change, and then some stuff I didn't even ask for. An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. Obviously never going back and will tell everyone not to use them.

I can honestly say I have been needing to get a strut assembly for more than a year! (Thanks Atlanta Potholes!!!!)....I put it off because It didn't sound as bad and to my knowledge wasn't really affecting my cars performance. End of 2020, and I could tell a major difference! I needed to get this done ASAP. I visited my dealership and they wanted to charge $2,300, even after I got $1,500 worth of work previously. A friend told me about this place, and I'm glad he did! I filled out the questionnaire online, and within an hour I was contacted by somebody for more insight and to schedule an appointment. He did some calculations and said he could get the SAME job done for $1,500!!! That's an $800 difference!! Upon arrival I can tell thee guys keep a busy, tight shop. Communication is well, they work very efficient and the staff is friendly. My car took over 24 hours to complete and they provided a shuttle to drop me home. The next day I paid for the transaction, treated myself to an Orange Fanta from their selection of beverages in the waiting room, and drove off. My car is performing much better, and I'm glad I brought it here! I will definitely be back for other services.

Be careful with Eurofed Suwanee, GA. Prior to beginning any work, I asked the shop if they could…read morelook at our vehicle and give me their honest opinion about whether it was worth it to repair. They said they evaluated it (I am not sure they did) and told me they thought it would be worth it to repair so we went down that road. The next 2 steps involved putting over $5,000 into an engine to repair oil leaks and those leaks were NEVER fixed. Round 1 involved about ~$3000; oil continued to leak. Round 2 involved another ~$2000; oil continued to leak. It was as if nothing was being done besides us paying money. Round 3 was "warranty work" that they said they needed to redo from the first 2 rounds. Oil continued to drip out on our garage floor throughout this entire time. During the "warranty work" they told me the vehicle had "terminal engine failure" with a suspected rod bearing failure (common when there are oil issues). We did not have any issues for 5+ years with this car. Since they told me "thanks for the $5k but your vehicle is no good" I've called repeatedly to try to resolve this issue and have been promised multiple times that someone would call me back. No one did FOR WEEKS until today and that was only after I called again and had to threaten to take them to court if someone didn't call me back by the end of today. Over my 6 calls to them to try to resolve this I learned that key people had suddenly changed locations, the front desk manager had left the company entirely but that "notes had been taken and were in the file" and I would be contacted with some sort of resolution. That never happened. It was the classic run around. Finally today, the technition that did some of the work contacted me, not the manager or district manager as was told to me in each of my last 3 calls to them where the front desk manager at Suwanee "punted" to a higher authority. I understand the punt honestly, this involves alot of money but neither a manager or district manager called me back. The technition refused to even consider that they had any responsibility. I understand that all auto repairs have degrees of uncertainty to them but the odds of a failure commonly related to oil issues happening at the precise time that they were finishing the oil leak warranty work that they scewed up the first 2 times is not likely. At a minimum it looks like incompetency or worse its immoral to the tune of $5000+. Don't get me wrong, this shop has nice front desk people and are doing the front desk work and automatic text follow up surveys but the work that really matters like the repair itself or the actual call backs when there is a problem falls apart quickly. I wasn't expecting a full refund or anything like that because I know there is always some uncertainty with cars but this is nuts. You can tell by the conversations you have with them that once they have your money, this is one of those businesses that is focussed on marketing more than the work so beware bringing serious work here. If you value the shallow stuff like smiles and surveys then this place is for you. Oil changes or brakes might be fine but be careful if you need work beyond the simple. Throughout all of this I have remained professional and I was hoping to not have to write a review like this. I've never written anything like this and am sad to have to do it here but this is wrong pure and simple and people should know.
