Going to an auto repair shop can be a dreadful experience given price gouging and poor service but that's never a concern here. I recently purchased some replacement windshield wipers but had difficulty removing the old ones. I spoke with Eric, whom I've dealt with in the past, and he's always nice, upbeat and a straight shooter - no bs! Mentioned I had a simple service issue regarding the wipers. He told me to come in and I was there all of 5 minutes before he handed me back the keys with the new wipers affixed and NO CHARGE! Suffice it to say that I will continue to bring my car here for any and all service related matters.

The transmission is still functioning perfectly. Presently, she is having some strange problems with the electrical system. These gentlemen spent the better part of a day looking for the problem, checking computer codes and so forth. While they inspected the car, an employee drove her home and then returned to pick her up when they were done. Surprisingly, they found nothing wrong (as did 3 other mechanics), and there was no charge for the inspection! Honesty and great customer service. Very pleased!

They informed me of the price change and got permission to go ahead with the fix. This is more than made up by them times I've shown up with my car going "what's going on" and them telling me what I need to do is "x" for a lot less money. An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, you have the right to speak with a manager or owner to express your concerns and seek a resolution. I will be reaching out to our Attorney General's office and local consumer protection agency.
