Nice place to enjoy putt putt I doors. You have choice of 9 hole putt putt or a web adventure putt putt. You can dine in before or after enjoying your putt putt adventure. They offer very good cocktails also. It's located in the addison village center near the AMC cinema even though it says the address is on 5100 belting. The only issue I didn't enjoy is I tried to reserve putt putt spot online at the kiosk, but it was working properly. They stated that this can occur often. We had to go to the bar to pay for our putt putt which causes a delay in being verified to actually go enjoy your game right away. 4/5 GOOD I'm willing to give everything the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I went on a day where things weren't functioning properly but I was ultimately taken care of. No complaints on the venue, place was clean, I had fun, but I did find it a bit inconvenient to notify the front desk that I was ready for food once I was done playing, when the reservation asked to book a 9-hole session + dinning. Again, not the end of the world but walking back and forth from where the holes are and back to the front of the house was a bit un-organized. Great place for a family outing or a date. read more

Puttshack offers a twist on mini golf with holes with point modifiers and special gimmicks where you are trying to go for a high score versus the traditional low one. The thing that makes it all work is the fact that you are assigned a ball and the game automatically tracks the score for you as you play. There are some minor flaws where I think every one of the other players had a stoke that wasn't tracked but over all the tech works surprisingly well and lets you stay immersed in enjoying the moment versus trying to keep score. A friend put this outing together so I can't speak to that part of the experience, but when we arrived we just needed to check in and were guided to the ruby course. The reservation system was a nice way to jump right into playing without waiting which was a great experience for a Saturday outing at a place as busy as it was. Our course had holes themed around beer bong, pinball, air hockey, and ski-ball to name a few. Each course is 9 holes and it offered about an hour of play for 4 people (~$15 a person). I'd say 2 rounds might be a better choice to make a full afternoon of it but it seemed like a decent value for the cost and novelty offered. In addition, Puttshack overs a large bar and dining area. I had their old fashioned and I'd say it was a bit above average for a good price and beers seemed reasonably priced as well. The food was a bit more of a miss for me though. I just ordered appetizers and tried the brussels sprouts, which only really had the spicy flavor advertised towards the end, and the poutine, which was a different enough recipe between the garlic fries and goat cheese to really scratch my poutine itch. I'd say the food is a step up from your normal entertainment complex but service is a step down from a restaurant as wait times were a bit longer and refills were pretty hard to come by when seated at a table. Overall, Puttshack offers an environment that's fun and offers a unique experience I'd recommend trying out even if you don't enjoy traditional miniature golf. read more

Was looking for a different activity for the evening and remembered seeing Puttshack in Addison. Booked it for my wife and I for 7:30 for $28. At 7:45 we were done! 15 minutes for $28 works out to $112/hour! 9 holes go very quickly (2-3 strokes per hole). Can't go slower, you have people behind you waiting for your hole. Was it fun? We came in a group of 4 with a 9pm reservation on Saturday December 16. We were so hungry by the time that we arrived and asked to push back our reservation because you can't eat while you play. The hostess was so sweet and accommodating! We got a table quickly and told our server we were starving! We quickly decided on food and she was fast to check in, take our order, and put it in. Our server was Mariam (that spelling may be wrong and if so I'm sorry). The atmosphere was fun and the music and vibe reminded me of a club but not so much we couldn't talk. I asked for a suggestion between a couple apps and Mariam suggested the Thai chicken. She made a great call! It was probably my tables favorite! The food came out SO fast. The drinks came out fast and were all amazing! I got the pineapple marg and loved it!! When our food came out we had zero complaints. I think the favorites were the Thai chicken and pot stickers but it's hard to chose because it was all so flavorful and good. Mariam was very sweet, checked on us often, was attentive, and was so fun! Okay so 10/10 recommend the food and I would come here just to eat. There's enough of a variety for everyone to enjoy which I loved. Golf- let me start off by saying I am absolutely terrible at golf, putt putt, top golf, virtual golf, all of it. I always have fun though. This is by favor my favorite. I loved all the different things going on. Some had true or false questions, beer pong, obstacles.... It was so entertaining. They bring drinks while you play which is nice. Again 10/10 and if you don't have time to eat I recommend coming to golf (but I suggest making time to eat too). I know I mentioned the staff already but again I just have to say they were all so great even the people that weren't helping us. Special shout out to one of the staff that saw us getting a picture with the cute sign in the bathroom. She was an A+ hype man and also offered to take a group picture for us. read more

My boyfriend took me here on a date and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Not only were the vibes great, but the service was impeccable. We played the 9 holes first which was completely different than any other putt putt golf place we'd been to. Our favorite part was the fact that the ball keeps your score digitally. Next, we decided to try the food. Our server Jerry, gave us a very thorough overview and answered all of our questions with excellence. This is a worthwhile family or date destination. A single game is 9 holes (if I remember right) and goes by fairly quickly so if you've booked only one game and are in a party of 3-4 then anticipate about 30 minutes of play time. Went for the first time, and it was pretty solid experience. The wait time wasn't too bad for a Saturday early evening (45 min to an hour) and allowed time for a quick snack. Menu is pretty diverse, so something for everyone. We had the hummus plate as a snack, and it was quite nice! Course itself is engaging and fun! Creative and enjoyable, and the convenience of not tracking your own score is a nice touch. All in all, it took 2 of us 35-45 minutes to complete one 9-hole course. At roughly $15 per person, it was pretty worth it. If it's busy, you'll wait a couple minutes between each hole, but if it's dead, I imagine you might blow through a course in 20 minutes depending on how many people you have. Taking that into account, you may feel less value if going at a less busy time, simply because you will go through a course very quickly. But it is a unique mini golf experience that is definitely fun, no matter the skill level. Good place to go with some friends. 4 stars because value is mediocre and music far too loud at times. But very fun and a good option if you want to mini golf indoors to escape the cold. read more

This would be a fun mini golf course, except that for some inexplicable reason, they decided to not allow you to take a backswing on your first shot. The system makes you start putting from a 2 inch circle, and a foot or so behind this circle is a post that blocks your putter. If you want to try to play mini gold without a backswing, this might be a fun course for you, but for me, it was incredibly frustrating. Note that this location does not allow concealed or open carry, so only criminals are allowed to bring weapons into the building. read more

I ended up here one weekend night for my niece's volleyball after party. My review is strictly on the bar area and the food, I did not get a chance to play any putt putt. The bar area is pretty large and has super high ceilings. They have quite a few TV's as well. I had great service from the bartender behind the bar but one of the mom's in our group was having issues getting refills on her drinks and even ordering food. I was drinking their Perfect 10 Old Fashioned $14.00 each and it was solid, appreciate the aged bourbon they use and the ice ball included is a nice touch. We shared a bunch of appetizers instead of getting an actual meal. I tried the Puttshack Poutine $16.00, Mediterranean Lamb Skewers $16.00 for 3 skewers, Thai Fried Chicken $14.00, Buffalo Chicken Dip $13.00 with the added Italian sausage and blue cheese crumbles $3.00 extra, Shitake Mushroom Potstickers $13.00, Chorizo and Cheese Empanadas $13.00 and a Pepperoni Buzz Flatbread $16.00. The buffalo chicken dip was my favorite, good all around flavor. The Puttshack Putine was also pretty good, the fries stayed crispy for most of the time even with all the wet sauces on it and was pretty tasty. The lamb skewers were just okay, kind of dry and their sauce lacked flavor and ended up really bland overall. The fried chicken was just okay too, lacked flavor as well. I liked the potstickers texturally but couldn't really taste anything in the filling. I was excited about the empanadas but was let down in terms of taste, has a bunch going on but didn't really taste like much at all. The flatbread was good, little kick from the hot honey. The food is just okay overall and they are on the more expensive side so the value is lacking for me. read more
