Bathrooms were clean and the toilets flushed. Lack of toilet paper was limited. As was hot water and soap. I was a guest. Would I rent here? Yes I would, if the price was right. Leading up to the event, he was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure every detail was covered. The entire planning process felt so much less stressful because of his support. The night of the event, Luis went above and beyond. He was present, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Any time we needed something, he and his staff were right there, ready to help without hesitation. His team was just as amazing--friendly, welcoming, and truly made us and all of our guests feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience they provide, and it shows in every detail. This celebration would not have been the same without their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in whenever needed. There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.

However, for our event we opted to cater from another location, but we took the rest of their offers. Since they frequently do weddings, they have a set up Brides' and Grooms' room in the back. It's a perfect spot for hosts to stash their valuables, change of clothes/shoes, and any other miscellaneous things you'd like. Highly recommend coming here. My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! All in all, this place was a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the price in MHO.
