They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They have grown too fast and charge exorbitant rates and treat very long standing loyal customers with gay abandon. I am a verty experienced engineer who has handled huge HVAC units and complicated propulsion and auxiliary machinery onboard ocean going ships as a Chief Engineer. I watched a Canady's technician working on my home HVAC unit and I was shocked to have hired them. The unit broke down 3 days after he serviced it and now it will take another 5 days for a technician (?????) to come out and see what the first nincompoop broke in my house. I want a refund and DARE their manager to engage in a conversation with me. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and Social Media will hear about this and ALL my past SOUR experiences for a long time to come. I am ready to educate the Canadys Manager on the reverse Carnot Cycle and give hima few lessons regarding the latent heat of evaporation and the importance of PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.     I have made several attempts to contact you all. This unit was installed in 2021. I have had…read morenothing but problems. You have blamed me for your tech irresponsibility of not installing this unit correctly. I have now or ever had an electrical problem with my home. I have been removed from my unit getting its maintenance checks. It's been a year since ( 2024 ) this happened last and you were supposed to send a contractor over to take care of the damage from the first time. Replacing my exhaust fan. This is the second time 9-26-25 my unit has leaked and it's caused more damage. And yet I haven't heard a word from you all. I have called nothing. We have been customers of yours for years. You put this the previous unit. You all left the previous unit in my attic. But I had you all removed both before installing the is unit. If you are the company you say are fix your mistake. Send the contractor to fix the damage. Is all I'm asking for it's been a year since the first time. This time it's more damage.

The technicians are, without exception, prompt, patient, responsive and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy. Our most recent experience was no different from what we have experienced in the past. Austin Kaelble arrived at the scheduled time to clean and prepare our system for the heating season. He diagnosed an issue, gave us the repair options, ordered the parts and returned to complete the job, keeping us informed as to the process and supporting his work with documentation. We highly recommended both Coastal and Austin.

    2 technicians, not 1, showed up at my house to remove a garbage disposal and cap it off which is…read morethe service I asked for. It was clear from the beginning that they were not sure of what they were doing so I started my stop watch. After 28 minutes I came into the kitchen and they were gone. More than an hour later they showed up back up and 20 minutes later they were done. I get the bill and I call to ask how many hours did they bill me The billed me for3 hours. When I initially explained what happened the person said that both were no longer with the company so she couldn't ask them. When I told her that I have cameras at my house and they were welcome to review them she then said, yes I see where there went to Home Depot for a part and it's at least an hour to/from there. It's exactly 7.4 miles from my door and just because she said they went to Home Depot I have no idea if they did or din't. I also said that it doesn't take 3 hours to change a garage disposal and that should have been a red flag on the bill. They could have gone to another job. She said they would discount the bill $50 but charging me for 3 hours when they were her less than an hour was more than fair because they normally charge $150 an hour. She said it was industry practice to charge the customer for time away from the job. If this is how they operate, they are deceptive and engage in deceptive practices with inexperienced technicians. Just Look at the other reviews. Don't use them.

    We used the company for a plumbing inspection on a home under contract with 10 days due diligence…read more Inspection occurred on 2/9 and we were told we would have the DETAILED report by the next day, no problem. We received an invoice on 2/14 with a 3 sentence report. The plumber spent 30 minutes on property, charged us for 2 hours and the company didn't send an itemized invoice to show us where the extra cost came from. When we called, the woman shut down our questions with "it's industry practice, you pay for mileage from prior home to yours". Fine, but there is no way customers should be responsible for an hour and a half driving when the office is 18 minutes from the residence. Not only did they not get us detailed reports prior to the end of due diligence, but they over charged and didn't send an itemized report. We will not be recommending them to any of our friends.
