All of the staff is heavily involved in the industry with at least 2 of the guys Being competitive riders. Aaron the owner is always eager to help and will make you want to make this your go to bike shop. It is the type of place that even if they don't have what you're looking for they would be happy to figure out how to get you what you need!

So I called Landry's and they said they were happy to take a look. I stopped in Friday afternoon and Neil fixed it up right then in about 5 minutes! I had all the pieces so he was able to put it together quickly and they are reattached very nicely now. They didn't charge me ANYTHING for this! Excellent quick service - highly recommend!!! They looked at my bike and gave it a quick adjustment for the alignment of the tires. I decided to buy a new kickstand that was not expensive and they installed it for free within 5 minutes. I don't usually leave reviews, but I won't be giving this shop my business again…read more This started back in Fall 2024 when I brought my bike in for a full tune-up. It came back looking great, tight brakes, true wheels, smooth shifting. I was happy to pay the $185. I stored it for the winter and looked forward to riding it in the spring. When I pulled it out in the spring, the rear tire was flat. I wasn't sure how it happened since I hadn't even ridden it, but with a big bike trip planned in July, I wanted it fixed. Visit 1: In June I brought it in for a tube replacement. I paid $24 for a new tube and labor. The staff, mostly younger employees, were joking around and not fully focused. I overheard one say they nearly blew the tire by leaving it hooked up to the electric pump too long. By the time I got home, the tire was flat again. Visit 2: I returned a few days later. They said the tire liner was the issue, so I paid another $24 for a new liner, another tube, and labor. Again, they nearly overinflated the tire -- one employee even joked, "That was a close one." Once again, the tire was flat when I got home. Visit 3: This time, they said the liner had shifted and exposed a spoke, which punctured the tube. I offered to just buy a new wheel, but they said it wasn't necessary and they could fix it. I left the bike overnight and told them I'd only pick it up if the tire held air. The next day, it didn't. They did more work, sanding spokes, and eventually got it to hold air. But when I picked it up, the wheel was no longer true and rubbed against the brakes -- and I still hadn't ridden the bike once since I got the full tune up in the fall. At this point, I was frustrated. I told them to just put on a new wheel -- but I wasn't paying full price since the damage clearly happened in their shop. I'd already spent over $200 and still didn't have a rideable bike. Visit 4: The day before my trip I paid $91 for a new wheel and labor and took the bike home. The next day, while loading it onto my car rack, I saw that now, the front tire was flat. So either they swapped the faulty rear tire to the front out of spite for me asking for a discount, or they made the same overinflation mistake again. I cannot trust this shop to do basic repairs. After spending over $300, the bike was never rideable and I had to borrow a bike for my trip. I'll be taking it elsewhere to fix the front tire. I'd strongly recommend finding a more professional, reliable bike shop.

But they are really passionate about bike riding, whether you are a casual, recreational rider like me or a serious road warrior. Now after replacing and with minor readjustment, I am now much more comfortable - less stress on lower back, shoulders & wrists/hands. Also smaller turning radius makes it easier to handle.
