I wasn't sure how this was going to work, but the assistant manager was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. He let me take all the time I needed to sort and prep everything, never rushed us, and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay. His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional. I wasn't leaning on it and this man came up and said get off the scale you're going to break it. That's a $2000 scale and I said I'm sure it's not a $2000 scale and he says it is I bought it I own this store and I felt really taken it back because he was so very rude. I had no way harmed that scale. It's such a terrible experience when you're patronizing a business and you get screamed at.
