Jennie, the receptionist was very gracious explaining that they would call me in 24 to 36 hours. Never received a call back. I called back 2 1/2 weeks later and was given the same story. 72 hours later I still did not get a call back. I called again this morning stressing my urgency with the cat in dire straits. This was incredibly traumatic and stressful....waiting, waiting, waiting. Never a call. I took him to a veterinarian this afternoon to let him peacefully cross his rainbow bridge.

Well they never did and emails and phone messages went unanswered. Dr. Lin has this concept that if I have the tag all is well, that is not SO!! We need the paperwork to prove that tag belongs to which dog and the DATE THE VAC WAS GIVEN .SHORTLY AFTER THE SHOT THE PUPPY HAD TO HAVE SURGERY. FORTUNATELY a very nice VET ASSISTANT was able to contact the clinic and get the papaer work since Ginny has left the country. Or so we were told. We do not recommend her or her service. She is from a different country and seems to have an issue with the correct paper work required in this country, although she should know it as she has been here long enough. This isnt the first time we have had an issue getting Rabies papers as well as their reg vac certifications. Enough is enough. We are done. J. Greene

Our dog had sudden-onset of black tarry stools outside and I found bloody liquid in the house in 2 places. He was lethargic and not hungry. Got our dog on antibiotics and probiotics and diagnosed him with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Next day, his poop was normal and he is slowly on the mend. Highly recommend her!
