Wonderful Experience for My Very Spicy, Senior Kitty! I…read morecannot say enough wonderful things about The Pawlyclinic, Dr. Rahim, and Avery! After a horrible experience at a traditional veterinary office left my 14-year-old cat, Clarky, so traumatized and terrified that they couldn't even examine her because she became extremely aggressive out of fear, I was honestly dreading having to take her anywhere again. Having The Pawlyclinic come to my apartment was a complete game changer. Dr. Rahim was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and gentle with Clarky, and she took the time to explain what she was doing and why throughout the entire visit. She also asked so many thoughtful, thorough questions about Clarky's diet, activity level, vision, behavior, and changes I've noticed as she's gotten older. I never felt rushed. What I appreciated most was that the visit wasn't just about treating her ear infection--it was also about looking at the bigger picture of keeping my senior kitty healthy and happy. Dr. Rahim gave me so much helpful information about things to watch for as Clarky ages, and I feel much more informed and confident about caring for her. Dr. Rahim and Avery were both so kind, calm, and compassionate with Clarky. She is VERY skittish around new people and definitely has a little spicy side , but they met her exactly where she was and treated her with so much patience and respect. It was such a relief to see her being cared for without the fear and struggle we experienced at the previous vet. I would HIGHLY recommend The Pawlyclinic to anyone with a nervous, fearful, skittish, or "spicy" cat--or honestly, any pet who doesn't do well with traditional vet visits. Having compassionate veterinary care come to your home can make such a difference. I'm so grateful we found them!

After multiple negative experiences at traditional clinics, switching to a mobile vet has been a game-changer -- no stressful car rides, and far better care. Dr. Rahim and her team are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to help our cats feel comfortable, gently handle anything stressful, and clearly explain every step of care. I honestly learned more about my cats in one visit than I did in years at other clinics -- and the cost is very comparable to an in-office visit. Dr. Rahim's team quite literally saved one of our cats' lives this last Christmas. When he had stopped eating, grooming, and interacting -- and we thought that it was going to be time to say goodbye -- Dr. Rahim made multiple after-hours visits, coordinated surgery with an on-site clinic, and provided compassionate guidance through an incredibly difficult time. Thanks to her dedication, Meatball now eating, gaining weight, and getting back to himself. I cannot recommend Mobile Pawlyclinic highly enough for anyone looking for truly exceptional, compassionate veterinary care.

However, the one theme is to sell services that may or may not be necessary. It's almost like adding options when you buy a car to run up the bill. However, I will say this. However, I just get tired of every time going there that services seem to be pushed without a clear reasoning of why our pet needs it or not. You will get competent staff, but be ready for extra services to be pushed.

My 15 1/2 year old Golden took a turn for the worse today. We contacted Dr. Deb describing her symptoms. Hoping to hear something back since our dog had seen her for years at the clinic. We knew it was probably time to say goodbye. We get a text message from Dr. Deb, literally the moment we left a different vet in Broomfield, right after saying goodbye to our girl forever. She literally messages us telling us it's probably nausea and take her off food. I had described my dog losing movement in front and back legs, heavy breathing, vomiting white foam, which she had never done before. I've had dogs for over twenty years and I know when it's a "take off food for 24 hours" vs. how my dog was today. I'm just disgusted with her flippant response. I will not give this woman another penny. Her clinics are a quick buck for her. If she has anything to refute my claim, I'll show her the picture of my girl as she lay dying today. I'm going to leave a stellar review of the vet practice that actually cared for my girl until her final moment with us. Absolutely disgusted.

The current trend of corporate owned clinics with cookie cutter diagnostics and big upsells is not to our liking. Francis Veterinary is NOT that. What a refreshing visit with Dr. Kellermeyer. It is with a sad heart that I am changing my 5 star review into a 1 star review. I will post my…read moreoriginal review through the images. A few years ago we got a cat and this location was our favorite spot for our animal. In fact, they have used our image of our Ragdoll kitten, as their main default image on Yelp. In early February of 2022, I made an appointment to bring in our cat for a check up. Our favorite Doctor Sylvester has cut back on his hours in this establishment. When I made the appointment, it was a month in advance to get a specific day with Sylvester. I spoke with an employee about, if my wife and I would be able to come in together with our cat. It was expressed that it would be ok if we both came in together. That's why we specifically scheduled a day that we were both off of work together. On 03/05/2022, we came in with our cat Mosby for an appointment at 1:30pm. When we got to the door, it was locked. The receptionist appeared to go out of her way to avoid our presence at the front door. The front desk is about 6 feet from the clear front door. She was clearly trying hard to avoid us. We read a sign that said to call and wait in the car. We called and the receptionist answered the phone rudely. The customer service from her and the other employees on duty was so highly disrespectful and unprofessional. The way in which they communicated and treated us was beyond disgusting. Their tones and choice of words was shocking to observe in person. From my recollection, it was three separate female employees that all had the same horrible attitude. I asked if I could personally speak with the Doctor. This request was denied. They stated that only one person was allowed to go inside with the cat and appeared to enjoy losing us as a possible patient. I chose to go inside by myself and have a last conversation with Doctor Sylvester. I shared to Sylvester how highly upset I was with the professionalism of the staff with our arrival. Explaining how a host at a restaurant plays such a huge role for when someone enjoys good service from a waiter. Warm greetings and sincere exit acknowledgments, basic 101 lessons for any business. And that on this day, the greeting was cold and extremely unfriendly. Maybe you could argue I was upset at basic policy. But another person with a positive attitude would have left a completely different outcome of this visit. It was more than the policy. I then passed up on our important scheduled exam and will no longer be coming back to this location. I think that Sylvester is an amazing Doctor. But the downfall of the staff leading up to the doctors is a concern worth investigating, if you care about the success of this establishment. I've previously written a 5 star raving review. But on this visit, I was remarkably left unsettled and frustrated for the lack of decency among the receptionist and co-workers that clearly were not happy working within this company. I'm sure people within the company can recognize what I'm stating. I was going out of my way to meet up with Sylvester, my time will be better spent elsewhere moving forward. I've observed how Doctors can be too focused on their patients and fail to realize the staff taking advantage of their positions. The failure of the staff is just as much a responsibility, as the failure of the ones in a higher position choosing to not address needed issues within a lackluster company. Good Luck, it's never to late to make needed changes.

When I called to get information, the employee Alyssa with dark hair and a sweet tone answered the call. She would also be the same employee that left a reminder voicemail the day before the exam. She impressed me so much with her kindness, that we set up an appointment for a check up exam. The cost of the exam was $65.00. Plenty of parking in a nice area of town. When we stepped inside, we could feel the good energy and kindness from the staff working. We filled out a form and read some cat books located in the lobby. After a short amount of time, we had our first exam with the kind Doctor Melissa Waller. We were very pleased and so was our cat. We shared a pleasure of a new cat clinic that we can now call home. The only thing that was a tiny bit off was the birthday of our cat. The receipt showed 11/02/2018 and it should have been 12/03/2018. Our cat is a Sagittarius and we read about it in a zodiac book in the lobby, lol . Thanks again for everything, we look forward to our next visit with Mosby.

I normally use a mobile vet for my…read morecats since they hate travel, but last Christmas one of them had stopped eating almost entirely, and we were genuinely afraid we might have to say goodbye. After bloodwork, X-rays, and an ultrasound ruled out organ issues, it became clear that severe dental disease and stomatitis were probably the cause. Because my cat has a heart condition, we had previously been cautious about anesthesia -- but this had become an emergency. The team at Livewell showed remarkable kindness and understanding while dealing with a very emotional (and frequently calling) pet parent. During an already packed holiday schedule, Dr. Coleman personally made time during lunch to squeeze in my cat for surgery, and I truly believe that made all the difference. He had seven infected teeth removed, handled anesthesia well, received antibiotics for the existing infections, and is now recovering and eating again. If I ever need to bring my cats to an in-clinic practice, I would absolutely recommend Livewell and their compassionate, dedicated team.
