The Feline Fix is a great organization that helps feral kittens find homes and also Trap, Neuter, and release adult cats so that they keep your neighborhood free of reproducing cats. They really take their time with making sure the kittens go to good homes and match with the personalities of the kittens and don't just give them to people who want to adopt based on breed etc. They have a fantastic foster program which socializes the kittens before they are adopted so by the time you adopt they are ready for their forever homes. Highly recommend the Feline Fix!

Difficult to work with. If you disagree with them, they claim you're rude, keep your deposit, and cut you off.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this organization that truly cares about the lives of feral and homeless cats.

The doctor was nice and explored what my cat would need at their facility as we had to transfer from the other Animal Urgent Care in Park Hill due to him needing hospitalization. The vet tech that came into to give the estimate was very rude and condescending. I was trying to figure out if my cat needed everything during the hospital stay because it's so expensive and I can go get some of the care at an extensively lower cost or free at the shelter I work at. She was so rude and was speaking to me like I was dumb when I asked about what each item was for and if it was needed; she was pretty much like well it wouldn't be on here if he didn't need it. They also made it seem like it would be "cheaper" and it was just as expensive as the original estimate. I had to walk away because I was so upset when I let her know her she was being condescending as she disregarded my feelings and said she wasn't using and sort of "tone". She also had made the comment "well does that mean there is going to be an issue paying the deposit". It's just so rude that I'm just trying to see if everything is needed and insinuating that I have a problem with paying. My boyfriend took over the rest and when he tried to look at her name tag she had taken it off. I get it's 2am but it's so disheartening to be treated that way, if you don't like your job or know how to be kind maybe don't work there. Totally opposite service and care that I received at the Park Hill location. I would not recommend this location due to its treatment from that staff, it felt very cruel. I will finish my care there because it was 2am and I didn't want to worry about driving around with my cat having just gotten an enema and needing more, but I will not be going back there after this visit. Update from 9/28 Walking in the next morning was a completely different experience. The front desk woman was so kind (I think her name started with a "S" or "C") and helped bring my spirits up from the previous experience. The discharge tech (different staff) was so kind, caring, and supportive. I could tell she genuinely cared about my kitty and expressed how happy she was to be able to meet and take care of him. She took her time to answer our questions and get us discharged. She and the desk supported me redeeming my view of this office. I appreciate the turn around and care and hope this the general experience for most.

They explained everything with great compassion, allowing us to make an informed decision about our dog's care. Unfortunately, her time is very near. Every person we talked to at Animal Urgent Care (AUC) was kind and caring. Losing a pet is a pain like no other. They are a part of your life and family. We know they can't be with us forever, but when their time does come, it's a blessing to be surrounded by people like those at AUC. This is actually the second pet we've taken in. Our kitty Popcorn was put down there last year. Now that the day is approaching with our Lexi, I can't imagine taking her anywhere else for her final moments. Not only are the doctors, techs, and desk staff awesome, but the services are also very reasonably priced, considering they offer emergency surgery, blood work, and ultrasounds. We highly recommend Animal Urgent Care North and feel blessed to have them in the community. One more thing: they get busy! They do a great job managing the many dogs and cats coming in. If you find yourself waiting for what feels like an unbearable amount of time, remember that someone else may be there with a pet in critical condition, and the staff is working hard to save its life. Be grateful your pet isn't as high on the priority list.

He is my soul companion, he is the beat of my heart, and he and I have a soul contract and I know that he will be in my life long after both of us have passed. I love my dog. And because I love him is the reason that I make sure that his health is taken care of to the best of my ability. Charlie was unable to tell me that he was having toothaches, and the growth on his side was non-cancerous. But I was worried, and put money aside, Knowing that a dog's dental bill would be almost as much as a humans. Funny story, Charlie and my son both went to the dentist at the same time. And Charlie horse cost more because he couldn't tell us what was wrong. He had to have three teeth pulled and a huge benign tumor removed. He is much healthier and happier now. How could I not be there for my companion when he's there for me 24/7. The least I could do is make sure physically he is healthy and it's been proven that there is a link between dental hygiene heart failure, and organ failure. I want to keep my 115 pound puppy around as long as I possibly can. Yes he's slightly overweight but he is a Dutch Shepherd mastiff mix and it looks good on him. I'm really thankful for Dr.Soliman and her amazing team in the special services that they offer for service animals and veterans. If I can spend a couple of thousand dollars to make sure that my car is taken care of on a yearly basis, the least I could do is put that amount of care into my service Animal, who is the reason that I can leave my house every day in my car. He's the reason that I get up every morning and can face the day. Charlie horse keeps me safe, he literally guides me and helped me when I fall down, he's constantly at my side, making sure that I'm OK. Anyone who has a companion animal, support or therapy dog understands how important they're health is. So thank you to Pets R Us for your dedication and love that you show on a daily. You really can't put a price on that....

Their staff, across the board, greeted us with only compassion and kindness. Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

To me, this was worth the higher price you pay- rather than going to the vet to do this.
