Jennie, the receptionist was very gracious explaining that they would call me in 24 to 36 hours. Never received a call back. I called back 2 1/2 weeks later and was given the same story. 72 hours later I still did not get a call back. I called again this morning stressing my urgency with the cat in dire straits. This was incredibly traumatic and stressful....waiting, waiting, waiting. Never a call. I took him to a veterinarian this afternoon to let him peacefully cross his rainbow bridge.

They have the utilities needed for testing, etc. I found the Turnberry Veterinary Center at that time and started going tho them. It is sort of far away from where I live but I couldn't find any vets who were taking new clients near me. I am so very happy that I found this vet. They are wonderful to deal with. Dr. Stewart is very knowledgeable about animals, and in particular my cats. I want everyone to know how great this vet office is. Marguerite, a vet tech is also very helpful and nice. Our dog had sudden-onset of black tarry stools outside and I found bloody liquid in the house in 2 places. He was lethargic and not hungry. Fearing the worst, I called her and she was so kind and understanding. She came to our house within 2 hours of my call. Got our dog on antibiotics and probiotics and diagnosed him with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Next day, his poop was normal and he is slowly on the mend. Highly recommend her!
