Menu has all the Indian cuisine staples that we expected - we ordered 3 orders of garlic naan, fried rice with veggies and egg, chicken tikka masala, aloo gobi (potato & cauliflower side dish ) - all with medium spiciness - with mango lassi and masala Chai tea for drinks. While waiting for our orders, we washed our hands and the single-occupancy restrooms were clean and stocked. The only downside to the facilities in general are the slightly hard chairs / benches as these were possibly made with the intention of not spending too much time in the restaurant or for people with more natural padding in that area . The naan arrived about 10 minutes later, followed by the rest of the food. The naan was excellent - just the way we like it (not too soft, not too crunchy, with enough garlic oil for taste). The basmati rice was cooked just right in the individual bowls and also in the generous portion of the fried rice. It was my first time trying the aloo gobi, and I loved it! I never knew about this dish, and my husband said it was a must try. I also tasted his chicken tikka masala, and it was also made deliciously. The drinks were also great - mango lassi was fresh and not too sweet. Masala Chai tea was exactly how I imagined it would be. Overall, we spent around 1 hour and about $100 on our date here, including generous tip. We are glad to be repeat customers to try more dishes, and of course, enjoy more garlic naan .

The create your own course is just that and for $40.99 you receive an "appetizer, entree, dessert served with two sides, naan or tandoori roti and sauce. If you would like an additional entree and two sides it's only an additional $16.99. Extremely reasonable for the amount of food you receive and how well the food is prepared and the service you get here. My favorite is the Chicken Vindaloo which is Chicken, chili,tomato and it has a little coconut in it. It's a spicy dish but a little tangy too. I love that the heat is flavorful and not overpowering that you cannot taste all the spices in the dish. The tandoori roti I enjoy thoroughly it pairs very well with this dish, I've had the Peshawari naan which is filled with cherries, coconut flakes, cashews and raisins and this is so different and delicious more of a dessert you must try too. I also had the chick pea salad and this is a mix of chick peas, lettuce,red onion, cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Nothing out of this world but refreshing. Last time I was here I had the Samosa Chaat for a starter it was so good! It's a potato turnover with chickpeas layered with chopped onions, yogurt, tamarind, mint chutney, and so flavorful! The Dal soup is also very nice it's a smooth mild soup made with yellow split pea lentils, some ginger and just the right amount of garlic. So many choices here and I'll keep coming back so I can be sure to try everything in the menu at least a few times! I have had dessert and I really enjoyed this as well wanting to try something different than I can get in most restaurants so I tried the Gulab Jamun that is a deep fried dumpling soaked in a sweet syrup that is infused with rose water and coconut. We ripped, we shredded, we came, we conquered, we devoured. The food coma after eating everything was so, so worth it. Service was great, and we were kindly greeted by two workers at the front who got us drinks fast and took our orders as soon as we were ready. Serving plates are of permanent material and metallic eating utensils are provided. It was a warm day, but the atmosphere inside was cool and fresh. There was one person receiving and serving customers; he was most friendly and helpful (we were surprised when he mentioned it was nice to see us again; I guess he remembered our visit from last year). Shortly after we were seated, the server brought out a basket of freshly prepared naan-bread. Our previous visit we ordered from the buffet, this time we ordered off the menu. From the menu we ordered a Mango Lassi, hot tea, Aloo Paratha, Chicken Tikka, Goat Curry, a House Green Salad, Raita, and Mango Chutney. (We observed on the way into the restaurant that the buffet service area has been relocated up to the front of the restaurant and it offered more choices than it did on our previous visit). The waiter did caution the table that the Chicken Tikka (from the Tandoori section of the menu) might be dry for our tastes, and he recommended a version with a sauce; we went against his advice and ordered the un-sauced Chicken Tikka. We also chose spice level 4 of 5 for the Goat Curry. I wanted to be able to recreate previously enjoyable goat curry meals (that I had experienced in a restaurant in Maryland), so I needed the lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers that come on the House Green Salad.
