Since these are winter clothes and the size was clearly too large, I wouldn't be able to use them anytime soon. When I went to return the items, the sales associate, Shaneen, told me the jacket could not be returned because the tag had been removed, even though I had the tag and the receipt with me. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful. She eventually said she would process the return "this time," as if she were doing me a favor, and even mentioned that I could speak to her manager, Kristen. She also did not review my receipt and refunded me based on the current sale price instead of the price I originally paid, which meant I received less money back. , I've been a longtime customer and have purchased many items from Janie and Jack. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Since they moved the location and Go Global took over the brand, the level of customer service seems to have declined significantly.
