We discussed options since the furnace is very old. I asked if replacement would be better, and he advised against replacing it immediately due to the weather and said he would look into sourcing the blower motor first, then provide a quote for both the repair and a new furnace. He told us he would get back to us by Wednesday. Unfortunately, after that point, all communication stopped. I texted and called on Wednesday and Thursday with no response, and my calls now go straight to voicemail. It also appears my number may be blocked. This is especially concerning because we clearly told him the furnace had completely stopped working, leaving us without heat. I understand the New Year is busy, but charging for a diagnostic visit, promising follow-up, and then disappearing--while a customer has no heat--is very unprofessional. They over saturated our goose down arhaus couch that remained wet for DAYS and smelled like a farm because all the down was soaked. They brought out industrial sized fans a few days later that we had to run for several days hoping the material didn't mold inside the casings. We took out as many cushions as we could to help them dry. After talking to arhaus they stated the cleaning code on the label indicated to NOT use water like the company did.
