The worker said that he couldn't return it for a refund unless we returned all three of the vapes I purchased at the same time. He said "that's the way the system is set up". I do NOT believe this in any way, shape, or form. What kind of policy and/or system is set up in which to return one retail item, you must return ALL of the other items on the receipt? If this is true, I'd like to hear it from the owner of the store, along with the reason why I'm out $25 on this transaction. I was a pretty good customer until this happened. They do not deserve $0.01 cent of the money I work very hard for. Never again.

We had a large group for our wedding welcome drinks, and nearly everyone had a negative interaction with the bartenders. Their attitude, eye-rolling, and lack of hospitality were consistent enough that guests independently asked us what was going on. Multiple people spent their night waiting to get a drink (30-45mins) and I can understand being busy but there is a difference between being busy and having no sense of urgency. Almost everyone behind the bar acted as if it was a surprise people showed up to their work and they actually had to wait on them. We were even told our group had turned their "fine establishment" into a dive bar, despite the bartenders apparently not knowing how to make an Aperol Spritz and serving red wine to someone who ordered Pinot Grigio. The way our group was spoken to was completely unacceptable. This was especially disappointing because the daytime staff, managers, and service team had gone above and beyond. They were kind, accommodating, and welcoming. I also want to recognize Courtney, who was wonderful. She treated everyone with respect and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. Unfortunately, she was the exception that evening. The daytime staff and Courtney deserve five stars. The bar staff we encountered that night is why I cannot rate this experience similarly. The bar staff minus courtney on 9/25 lost Jackson's a ton of business because after our wedding on the 26th we all refused to spend any more of our money there and sat in the lobby instead.

She asked if there was anything else we needed at that time that we said no. The ham was decent. I did not care for the mashed tater tot hashbrowns.. It was just basically greasy fryer food. The taste of the fryer grease took over the taste of what the potato should taste like so we did not eat them. I wanted so bad to like the breakfast there. The waitress was nice enough, but she did not offer a replacement for the food or even an apology for the way the food was cooked. We will not be going back thankfully there are other breakfast establishments close to that area that offer really good breakfast at a more affordable price. I guess I really can't complain too much about the price because eating out is expensive everywhere and I wouldn't have minded paying the price if the food was better. Overall, it was a really big disappointment.
