One was for my wife, but they didn't have the flavor she wanted, so I tried something I thought she would like. Turns out, she had had it before and knew she didn't like it. So, we didn't open it. Went in a couple days later, with the receipt, to return it. Again, the item was undamaged, unopened, and unused. The worker said that he couldn't return it for a refund unless we returned all three of the vapes I purchased at the same time. He said "that's the way the system is set up". I do NOT believe this in any way, shape, or form. What kind of policy and/or system is set up in which to return one retail item, you must return ALL of the other items on the receipt? If this is true, I'd like to hear it from the owner of the store, along with the reason why I'm out $25 on this transaction. I was a pretty good customer until this happened. They do not deserve $0.01 cent of the money I work very hard for. Never again.
