I'm sold. The staff was extremely helpful, I was able to sample an infinite amount of flavors (given the one dollar fee to cover them from regulations of "giving" those products for free). The guy who helped us pointed us to the perfect external battery for our pen style pod and was very helpful with the CBD vape oil as well. Good prices! Their more professional external battery with adjustable voltage was CHEAPER than the Chinese junk sold for 16 at our local shop that blew up before the first charge. Love the fact they have glass pieces for "herbalists" as well. This is going to be our new one-stop shop. Worth the drive from Washington, Pa!

My guy said they were very strong and harsh and was uset with the cost. I went back a few days later to do some kind of exchange for 7 of the cigars. I walked in and Josh, the owner happened to be in that day. Long story short, he spent the time to get replacements in a few different brands. I think there were 12 cigars and he gave me the difference in cash out of his pocket. I want to say, you don't get customer service like that anymore. I was extremely pleased the way Josh handled the return and so was my guy. At 91, he has two pleasures left in life. A good meal and a good smoke. Josh made that happen. Hopefully in all those new and different cigars, my guy can find one he likes a lot.

I told him what my specifications and features were for the machine, and he showed me which ones he had in stock (I wanted the machine delivered and installed in 3-4 days if possible) that meet my criteria. I never felt he tried to up sell or arm wrestle with me.In fact he steered me to less expensive machines that had less bells and whistles than I thought I wanted. The delivery and installation of the new machine and removal of the old one were made within my time frame. The delivery crew of 2 arrived in the delivery appointment window. They were very efficient doing their job. Additionally they were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Before leaving, hey showed me how to use the machine and turned it on for a trial run. This made sure the machine was working properly and that all the connections were tight and didn't leak. The next time I need a new appliance, I will return to Laketon without reservations.
