The selection is great but very over priced one of the employees can be very rude and demeaning about a charge on my receipt that I decided to put back ($10 can of butane) but didn't notice till later and showed him the short guy was extremely rude to me!!! I visited this store twice. The staff was very inviting both times. I don't know much about the whole "vape scene " but the employees were very helpful and not pushy, which I'm alway afraid of. Great shop, I've been going there a good bit for the last 2 months! They patient and really helpful, even when I come in there 5 minutes to close(mainly cause of my work schedule) They have a killer selection of premium juices and they offer some pretty good promos every now and then! The store itself is bright and clean with a really good atmosphere! All the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly! I'll definitely be using them as my primary vape shop for now on! The only con is their mod prices are pretty high for just about all of them.... I can understand though I'm sure rent in cranberry is extremely high.... but for everything else their prices are pretty much on par with other shops I've been too! read more

As a newbie vaper, I drove the 50 miles to here from where I live just on the recommendation of the few reviews that were here. Their prices are quite good, the 'juice bar' was fantastic, and the staff was very knowledgeable and excited about the products they sell. Anything you want to try? Just ask and they'll get it for you! Just for the experience, you'll have to ask to try a root beer float ... To test taste that one, you have to play with two vape pens at one time! read more

Fantastic experience with very understanding and knowledgeable employees. They were very helpful as I had no prior knowledge about "vaping" and helped me get set up appropriately. I had visited Glass Gone Wild up the road just days before to try and make the same purchase and I can't even explain how awkward the employees there made my situation. I left with nothing and thankfully found this store. Cool Vapes has an abundance of house flavors along with a good variety of other brand name flavors, merchandise, etc. This will be my go to when I'm in town. read more

had been going to cool vapes for about 4 years & loved it & spent alot of money in there. About 2 months ago i bought new machine & the battery would drain within hour so i returned it & got new one. new one was doing the same thing so i went back & the guy waiting on me had to call manager to approve for me to get my money back ($90). He comes back & said manager said she didnt not believe that 2 machines of the same brand would both be bad & would not let me get my money back. She basically said i was lying & just wanted money. Since then i have not stepped foot in that store or any cool vapes and never will again. read more

This place is great! They have an awesome selection of juices (premium and house) and mods plus all the supplies you may need. Not to mention the staff is super helpful! Will especially has saved me and my old troublesome Vapes. He also helped me pick out a new one. All around though great staff. They're all super helpful!! I like the shop, very clean looking. As far as the vape shops I've been to it seems like they have everything! I love the bar set up. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, they are patient, I would know I think I asked 200 questions. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is I think they are a little pricy, not by much so it doesn't necessarily stop me from going there, but I do shop around a bit before I go in. But in the end as I said they pretty much have everything you could think of there whereas other stores I've been to aren't as well stocked. read more

I am so upset by my service at this store I would not recommend buying anything here as they do not value their customers AT all. I bought a vape pen here that I was unsure of, the selling point was the employee assuring me I could return the product within 14 days. I took it home and absolutely hated the thing, and when I attempted to return the next day I was fought with my the OWNER saying he couldn't do anything for me. He told me he'd give me a percentage off another pen... like I'd feel comfortable making a purchase from him again?!? He didn't want to take the "loss" by having to throw the thing out but honestly, if you can't make sure to train your employees to tell your customers the correct policies then your customers absolutely should not have to suffer those mistakes. I am absolutely disgusted by the way he does "business" and plan to tell anyone I can about it because this is NOT ok. Customer loyalty should be his number 1 concern but apparently he couldn't care less. read more

Great vape shop. My only complaint would be that they have a terrible sampling system for anything other than their store brand liquid. I would love to be able to test all the premiums they carry but, what testers they have for the premium liquids is a joke. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable (especially Chance). They are also a bit higher priced than other shops. All in all though a great vape shop. read more

FANTASTIC Vape shop!!!! I am a newbie to vaping but I was so comfortable walking into the shop. It is inviting and beautiful. I was greeted and offered assistance immediately. I cannot say enough about all of the staff there!! They were all very patient, kind, friendly and helpful!! Gina especially spent so much time explaining everything to me! I was able to test a few devices and also many juices. (My favorite is the Jamaican Rum!!!) I was shown exactly how to use and care for my new vape that I purchased at a very reasonable price. i gave this place two stars. the reason is for the way i was treated and the attitude i received from the employee behind the counter. the store's price get a 4, aesthetics a 5, now the important matters....i began explaining to the clerk i desired a juice that gave a 'throat hit' as close to a red cig as possible....i was returned immediately with rolling of the eyes, mocking, and a giant cloud of vapor blown in my face, while the tall clerk awaited me , i can only believe to praise how 'big' his cloud was...again explaining im not looking for 'big clouds and specifying throat hitting juices which keep me from the desire to smoke cigs, i had to wave my hands to clear the unnecessary clouds of ridicule and vapor the clerk blew on me. he was entirely focused on himself while ignoring my questions and needs. after being told my 'throat hits' cant be achieved, i walked out, went to glass gone wild down the road ...explained my request and was immediately directed to a new 'ecto' brand juice which had the characteristics i was looking for.........so avoid cool vapes unless you enjoy 2nd hand smugness... read more
