Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection with something for everyone. Prices were very reasonable. Good atmosphere with pLaces to sit watch TV and enjoy your cigar. They have non alcoholic beverages and snacks for sale. I travel all over the country and am always looking for a good lounge. Sitting at the hotel and smoking to fine but weather makes that impossible at times. I would definitely recommend this place and will return. read more

The Smoke Stack is hands down one of the best cigar lounges around. Every time I'm there, it's a great experience from start to finish. The staff knows their stuff and treats you right without being pushy. Whether you're looking for a daily smoke or something special, the humidor is always well stocked and in great shape. I've never had trouble finding exactly what I'm in the mood for. The have a HUGE selection with great prices! The lounge itself is comfortable, clean, and set up perfectly to sit back, light up, and actually enjoy your cigar. Plenty of space, good airflow, and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It's the kind of place you can have real conversations and lose track of time--in a good way. It's become one of our regular spots for the Moon Township Cigar Club, and for good reason. The Smoke Stack just does it right. The place is nice. There were two other people working peacefully but me customer was the loudest person I've ever heard in lounge. Today I was invited to go on a little trip with a fellow coworker to a cigar shop & lounge called The Smoke Stack. He had called the day before to confirm their hours. I Something he typically do when we have a little bit of time off and we're in a new area. We had limited time with the company vehicle so we typically would go in and out. But in this case the atmosphere was so relaxing so inviting that we stayed out maximum time before we head out. This is how the trip went. Understand that there is a tattoo parlor upstairs and the cigar lounge is downstairs. There's parking in the front and parking in the back. Our GPS brought us in the back way but because I read a couple reviews prior to, we knew exactly what to look for. There is a driveway in the back that can bring you to the front. When we got out of our car the rich aroma of tobacco leaf was heavily present. We was greeted right away upon entering. One of the many big screen TVs had a game on. There's also an ATM machine in the back. This establishment has a BYOB policy. So you can bring your own booze or regular drink. They sell water and soda also. They do have a coffee machine which we did enjoy with our smokes. The establishment itself is quite large. It has a man cave type feel atmosphere. But all is welcome because all was there lol, as far as smokes so many to choose from so many brands. It can be overwhelming. But I stepped out of my normal zone and tried a few new smokes. Many people came in with different request and the person on duty was able to comply with each and everyone. When he was done he sat down with us and enjoyed the conversation and smokes. He even refilled my coworkers lighter. On the house. How cool is that. We did buy a few sticks and a couple sample packs. The prices was more than fair. This was my first time in this establishment yet I felt like I was a regular. People spoke when they came in and they spoke and acknowledge you on the way out. Great atmosphere honestly I really enjoyed that. The Person on duty even entertained my navy submarine career stories with pictures Ha ha ha. I will return if ever in the area again. read more

They have a nice selection of sticks to pick from and the people there are friendly and it's an enjoyable place to spend some time with a cigar. I haven't been there in a good while but they people and staff were helpful and treated me very nicely I didn't have time to light anything up but still chatted for most of an hour bought a few cigars and had a nice talk. Can't say enough good things about the place. Josh, Kevin and the staff know everyone that comes in & if they don't they'll get to know you, your preferences and have a suggestion for you every time you come in. Whether you visit once a week or once every so often, they (and their regulars) make everyone feel welcome in this shop. They have a wide selection of cigars and humidors which run along 3 of the 4 walls of the store... they're knowledgeable on each and every stick in the store. The only worry you will have is which one to select & if you can't decide, you can tell them what you normally smoke and they can guide you around the cases. While there's not a ton of seating inside they make the most of it, you can always find space in this place. In the warmer months they also have a bunch of outdoor seating as well. One of the greatest things about this place is it's BYOB and BYOFood too. Grab a six pack or bottle get some take out, order-in at the shop, the folks in the shop might just pool together for an order with you! An awesome place to just chill with friends for the evening... it's a great spot. The shop has enough TVs for sports enthusiasts to catch their favorite teams and good ventilation so your not lost in a cloud of smoke. They also have a plethora of events throughout the year, not the least of which are a crawfish boil, and a pig roast, along with other cigar company promo events, all free and open to the public. This place really feels like a good friends basement "man cave" check it out you won't be disappointed! read more

First the good news. For a small neighborhood store it has a very nice selection and knowledgeable owners that can offer decent recommendations. The price point is MSRP, with many cigars under $10 by design. I was lured here by an email blast (unsure how I got on their list, might have signed up at some point?) but responded to their Rocky Patel event that featured a couple of new cigars; and I invited a few friends to join me. Always interested in finding new cigar stores with smoking capability. Now the bad news. This place is a little hole in the wall with poor unlit signage. If you didn't know it was there you would drive right by it and trust me I did twice. The first time I chalked it up to my car GPS being wrong but then I got directions on my iPhone I got the same results. When I drove past it Both devices routed me around the back where the only obvious business was a tattoo parlor. So making my way back out front on the main road I almost got rear ended because I was going so slow trying to figure out where this place was. I guess I wasn't alone because when a couple of my friends showed up they had exactly the same experience. Making my way inside I was overwhelmed by a blast of cigar smoke that would've choked a fireman. The store is small and narrow with low ceilings and the ventilation system is totally inadequate for even a couple of smokers; forget it for the dozen or so that were in attendance. Might as well have been off. At that point I actually considered turning around and leaving had I not been stopped by the store owner who greeted me warmly and invited me in. Besides I was waiting for my friends. But we wound up staying and making the most of it. Besides one of the owners that looked like Santa Claus was very engaging and interesting to talk to. While I wouldn't go back here for another event I wouldn't disqualify it to stop and pick up a few cigars if I happen to be in the neighborhood which is unlikely because this is about a 25 minute drive from my house. read more

We did the Cigar 101, they teach you all about cigars from the seeds to sale. Highly recommend! Also, check out their restaurant, 4 Twelve Project! They have craft beer made specifically for them! Has a very clean atmosphere. Alot of cigars to select from with a very nice lounge with tv. Awesome ventilation for smoke. Great selection of vape mods. Was surprised with how many juice you can choose from. And it was all quality juice. Prices are good. I needed help and the man helped me and explained it so I could do my own coils now.
