First o first of all all their juice is mount baker vapor juice sold it double the price they are also bought a bottle of zeros milk for $15 and I went in today to grab another one I'll look at my receipt it's $31 almost double the price so that's kind of upsetting they claim I must've been on sale when you bought it but every single sale bottle I bought has had the original price on the bottle on the sticker on the bottle never the sale price. The other bottle I have at home is 15.99. Double the price for the same thing. Rediculous. I would avoid the store with a 10 foot pole never go near there and stop down the road to keep it classy go take care of you like a customer should be treated and not just put you in and out the door like cool Vapes will I used to be able to buy juice underage from the store all the time but now I'm Almost 24 They have to scan your ID every time you go in and who knows what database that could save two and I only do that half the time so I'm always quiet and I lost my ID so I'm questioning whether always go in or not to send someone in and half the time they don't even ID me it's so inconsistent there ever since they change managers it has went downhill very fast. I've been coming to this Latin for over a year, ever since I decided to switch to vaping from from cigarettes. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, with helpful flavor suggestions. I bought an extra order of juices just before the store was forced to shut down because of COVID-19 and was starting to stress because a moth later, I'm finally running out! Can you imagine my excitement when I saw on their website that they were open for mail order?? The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was as polite as I would have wanted and I'm thrilled I can get my preferred vape juices during this stressful time. I am so disappointed with this place. I purchased a new tank and it was leaking like crazy. I went back and was told to change the coil and the tanks can have some condensation, which I did. I was advised if it does not get better come back. It got worse juice leaked everywhere. I went back and told them that it was defective. They told me that I needed to return it within 24 hours. They said I needed to purchase a new tank. They did not even offer a discount on a new one. They have lost me as a customer. What a waste of time and money. read more

I received fantastic customer service via Tersea, she gave stellar advice on products, went out of her way to answer every question I had and saved me money. I've been to a few other vape stores in Pittsburgh and the service was terrible and the markups were outrageous... NOT this vape store, great service-excellent product selection and a fine shopping experience all together. My only gripe, only being able to turn one way back on to McKnightmare road out of the parking lot but that's a minimal negative, A+ overall! read more

After being in a TON of vape shops i gotta say this one was staggering how bad it was. The place is nice.. but here is the run down. - Poor quality testers... you cant use EVOD testers and expect people to taste anything especially when i think the coils on everything i tasted were shot.... - Those bottles of their house brand isnt good enough for crap you find at a flea market. - I bought lemon bar, cola and lemon aid all shit and all went into the garbage. Oh why did i buy them because you cant taste how dirty and sh1tty they tasted on the evod with a half burnt coil... It was a joke... their "premium juices" the recommended were not as bad but not quality. - Prices on mods and rda's were average but so much inventory i bet they could shave 10% by just having a more JIT system DO NOT BUY THEIR HOUSE BRAND JUICE... Buyer beware! They have a zero return/refund policy. I assumed this only applied to mods and items that are easily damaged but this is not the case. I purchased a bottle of each juice that I did not open, I called it in and was told even though they have a zero return policy that they would return it for me. I went there to return it and because their manager did not know how to do returns on purchases made through Apple Pay he was rude and unaccommodating. I was forced to take a store credit that I did not want that I had to spend immediately. First he gave me 2 batteries (for $25, really?!) that did not work in my mod. Thankfully I was only halfway home and decided to check them, so I turned around and went back. For the $25 credit they owed me I was forced to take 4 coils. What a rip off just that I can purchase a five pack of coils for $15 anywhere else in town! I will not be returning to their business! read more

I had no idea what I needed but they gleefully showed me my options and we so friendly and helpful I hung out and shot the breeze with them. Best brick and mortar vape shop I've ever visited, hands down. Clean, professional, super friendly. Everyone who works there really knows their stuff and are always ready to lend a helping hand. The flavors are fantastic. They keep your name and number in a database to save your favorite flavors, although I can never settle on one (so many tasty options!). Just moved to the area and needed to find a new local vape shop. Went in with the intention of just buying some atomizers and juice and ended up leaving with a whole new vape set up. Staff is extremely knowledge and friendly. They have a really great selection of parts and hardware. They also mix their own juice and offer like 140 different flavors. Plus they have a small selection of "gourmet" juices make by other companies. Their prices for vape hardware and supplies are more expensive than you can buy them for online, which is why the 4 stars. The tank and battery I bought were about $20 cheaper each online. I'm completely fine with the extra cost as that's the cost of business and their exceptional customer service. I don't mind paying more if I'm treated like a valued customer. Will definitely be going back for juice and supplies. read more

Don't even want to give this place 1 star. Horrible horrible vape shop. Bad customer service. I've been vaping for almost a year now. Go there for the first time bc my place was closed and I needed a new box of coils. They didn't have my exact type of coils so I wasn't going to get any. The guy then convinced me that they had a type that would work and wouldn't be a problem. He then messed up/changed all of my settings. My coils wouldn't even last a day without getting burnt. Took the coils back and the guy wouldn't give me an exchange or ANYTHING for it. At my usual place my packs of coils are $13, cool vapes charged $23. Just a huge waste of time and wish I just waited until the next day to go to my usual place. So mad I wasted the money. I then went back to my usual place the other day and my guy told me that those coils that the guy here sold me don't work with mine. Go figure they just wanted me to spend a good amount of money. They don't know what they are talking about, not that experienced that vape products. read more

After my latest visit I can guarantee I will not be back. Picked up a new tank and 2 bottles of juice. As she placed my items in the bag I paid her. Once I was home I realized the tank is wrapped in bubble wrap and not in a retail box. So I can only assume they take the extra coil that comes with the retail package . I never minded paying their high prices because I like the whole b& m experience. And for those who like their "house made " juice do yourself a favor and look up mt Baker Vapor. That's where their juice comes from. It's described exactly word for word on each web site . That black and gold juice that's 18 bucks for 30 ml will run you 7 bucks at MT Baker Vapor . It's called Faux Hawk sauce. So why the negative review, tried to return my tank and they wouldn't take it back. Plenty of good vape shops around this just isn't one of them. read more

Everytime I go in the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I read the review about the house juice but I beg to differ. I get the rum tobacco and USA blend tobacco and all I can say is they're spectacular. but the ry4 did go downhill but it's not their fault. it's the supplier. their selection is amazing. I wish they did carry the Nautilus x tank so I could get the coils but other than that they are hands down one of the best vape shops. read more

Rj the manager is a sum bag. sold me some shit kanger vape pen without telling me they leak like crazy and never work correctly. didn't even have the product 24 hours before i needed to return it. they have a 14 day return policy. of course when i get there he gives me some bullshit excuse that "i put my mouth on it" so i can't return it. what a joke. once i started to raise my voice he finally refunded me my money. told me to never come back. not like i ever would. STAY AWAY. learn from my experience that this is not a vape shop you want to do business with. i wish i had read the yelp reviews before walking in the door of that place read more
