I literally stood there for a few minutes, while the guy who looks like he needs to bathe, took a ahead customer as he was explaining what delta 8 is to another. When it was my turn, I didn't a get a I'll be with you in a moment, one sec, welcome, hello, middle finger, nothing. He continued the conversation with the guy leaning on the counter. I know some people aren't able to do two things at once, such as ring up raw cones and discuss delta 8, but he can. I saw him do it with the person ahead of me. I don't care how nice these reviews say, whom I assume to be, Eric is. He's a rude bastard and by ways of karma, he'll be treated in the same fashion. Excellent selection of everything and amazing service. I bout a 2 in one cito vaporizer for oils and waxes, (2 separate modules used). It's is such a great device. Unfortunately the threads screwing one of the modules god stick In the other side and the person just gave me the new part for free :) also knowledgable about the products. This place is garbage. I was out of town visiting the area and stopped in as I had run out of vape juice. I purchased a juice which I am already familiar with and buy on a regular basis that is a popular brand name. THE SEAL ON BOTH THE BOTTLE OF THE E-JUICE AND BOX WERE MISSING!!!!!! When I went to use the juice, the juice came out much quicker than normal. The juice seemed watered down / diluted which is the last thing you want to see when putting something like this in your body. Juice was also overpriced, even-more overpriced when you consider they may have sold diluted juice ;) I had already traveled too far away when I noticed and was on a busy schedule. Straight to the trash this shop and their juices go. Stay away from this shop at all costs!!!! read more

Super cool shop! My boyfriend and i went in Sq Hill to get some pizza. We walked by GWC on our way there, and he insisted that we stop in to check it out on the way back. This shop has some unique and beautiful glass. They also sell liquid juice for vaping. He left with a beautiful new piece (her name is goldie locks). Went into this store the other day and I would have to say that i had a pleasant and productive experience. I was able to pickup everything that i needed for my vape. I was also pleasantly surprised to be able to pickup my favorite rolling papers and check out some fire glass as well. Not to mention the owner, Moe Notkin, was extremely nice and helpful and made my entire experience at the store worthwhile. Highly recommend this store as your one stop shop! read more

I never write online reviews but I'm making the exception. Only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. I've been going to this store for 2.5 years. It's close to where I live now. There's a guy who works there. Idk if he's the owner. He's always been rude, I always hope he's not working when I go in. Today I went for my usual replacement of broken glass parts. Three young women were in the store. Dude asked what I needed and motioned me toward the counter. The store has only a single, narrow isle so the other three patrons where very close. One edged closer to look at something and I said I'm trying hard to stay away from you, she said sorry and moved away, nice and polite. Should have been the end of it. But the guy working there said to me-well they were here first. WTF does that mean? So we don't have to social distance? I'm not an important customer because "they were here first"?? There another glass/vape/head shop across from the Murray ave giant eagle. The staff is always friendly. Can anyone afford to turn costumers away with snarky rudeness in this era we are in?? ? great employee at this store, very helpful and informative for a first time vape user like myself. did not try and steer me towards spending more money or buying more expensive products. in fact, gave me a free charger because i lost the charger to a vape pen that a friend gave me. never tried to BS me about vapes and their healthiness or lack of healthiness. just thought it was a genuine guy doing his best to give all the information he could. read more
